Isleen G.These folks did a fine job of replacing a outdoor frostfree faucet for $170. However, when the faucet failed 11 months later (leaks copiously from the handle when turned on), they are missing in action. We called, they said they would come by look the following Friday. Didn't show up, didn't respond to calls. Now I have to pay someone else for the same job. Fortunately the new folks will stand by their one year parts and labor warranty. Very disappointing.
