mark has not only helped me with my toilet issues but he also helped me with my sink problems as well. I had a clogged sink and he did his magic and now there's no issues. great plumber!!!

I've worked with Mark and the IPC team over the years where they serviced my Multifamily apartment communities. Some of our jobs were larger than others, but Mark and team take pride in their work, respected my sites, dependable and affordable. Great team!

Mark has helped me twice for two separate issues. Once related to my sump pump and recently he helped me look for a leak. I trust Mark completely. I feel very comfortable having him in my home. I completely trust his workmanship as a Master Plumber.

AVOID IPC Plumbing.
Bottom line: use him if you like to gamble with your money and don't mind paying someone else to fix his work.
Longer story:
I had a shower leak and my favorite plumber was on vaca. I searched Nextdoor to find other options: enter Mark with IPC.
- Mark arrived as scheduled, he spent 15 minutes checking out the problem, giving his recommendation, and gave me an INSANE price quote--which I accepted bc of the repair urgency.
- He left to purchase the part which took about an hour.
- He returned, installed the part in under 7 minutes. Told me things were done, said he needed a towel bc water was all over the floor. (Which he let me clean up.)
- The shower was still dripping since I was left cleaning things up. (Lesson learned that I didn't insist he prove his work.) And I trusted that his saying the work was done, meant the work was done.
- I paid him, he left.
- I then had work meetings and resumed life.
- Less than two hours later, I went to check the shower, and surprise, it was LEAKING.
- I messaged him, thinking he would: ask questions, ask for a picture, return to fix his error. Negative.
- Instead he explained that it was now a bigger project, which would start at $600, that he could do the next day. (I'm not a plumber, but I'm surprised he was confident enough to know repair 2 was $600 plus after he left with the problem ""fixed"".)
Fortunately my regular plumber was back the following day, and he came and fixed Mark's work.
I messaged Mark asking for a *partial* refund, as I hired someone else to fix his error, and, he didn't fix the leak. Mark was unwilling to give me any refund as he ""tested"" the shower and it worked. Such a bold non-truth.
Granted, I know other have had positive experiences--but knowing that he conned me means that he's willing to con others. I simply don't want anyone to burn thru money like I did.

I feel I was completely ripped off by Mark at IPC Plumbing. The initial quote was 7,500 1/2 the work did not need to be done and he never refunded. Every sink leaked after he was done except for 1. The leaking caused damage to my brand new cabinets. Did not know plumbing codes. He kept trying to charge me more. A quote usually includes the parts. Nope he will charge you additionally for the parts and charge you $250.00 to go get them!! Do not use this company. Mother also used him at her business and the work also had to be redone. To hook up sink that already had full plumbing there and was removed cost her 900.00. Refused to make my home renovation project of 3 bathrooms and kitchen right. Refuses to return calls or provide me with my initial invoice.

A few weeks ago I had an issue with the main line and called Mark with IPC Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. He and his apprentice/son Dion did the job the same day I called and were wonderful! I explained my issue and Mark made a recommendation on what needed to be done. The work was approved and they got it done in a reasonable amount of time as well as provided instruction on what needed to be done while replaced the pipe to make things simpler going forward. This family owned and operated company is honest and reliable, I absolutely recommend using them for your plumbing needs!

Mark was great! Very polite, and the work was affordable and of great quality. I needed a new water heater installed in my rental house. I first contacted AAA Plumbing who quoted me an outrageous amount to install a water heater. Then I contacted another plumbing contractor who wanted half of what AAA Plumbing quoted, and third I contacted IPC Plumbing who finally quoted me a reasonable price. Mark was cheaper than Home Depot even. Mark charged 3 times less than AAA Plumbing. Needless to say I went with Mark who did the work for a fraction of the cost. Very pleased with the quality of work he did, the immediate response to get the work done, and of course the affordable price he charged.
I will definitely use Mark for any future plumbing needs.

1- They have a Yelp coupon for $100 for $150 deal. After they performed service, they said that coupon is only for services over $1000...which it doesn't say any where on the small print that I could find so DON'T BUY IT and be stuck with it!
2- They made a hole in our wall! They patched it up but we still have to paint it ourselves. You think we should get a discount or something for putting a hole through our wall!
In the end, they did what they requested but those two issues are huge in terms of customer service and if I would trust them again in the future.

As a new homeowner in a house with tons of issues I have had to deal with a lot of issues. As a single woman homeowner, it is hard to find honest workers and I know I have found one in Mark & Total Plumbing & Drain Cleaning LLC! Mark Tapia, owner, not only came out to unclog a drain, (or so we thought), but he also came out on his day off. He was very professional and knowledgeable but most of all he was caring. Not only did he explained the issue, he went above and beyond what I was paying for, and brought in another of his machines to double check the issue. He took the time to talk me through, explain & show me the issues that I had and what needed to be fixed. I will definitely be using them for all my plumbing needs & will put them down as my #1 plumber recommendation. Thank you Mark for not only being honest but investing time in increasing my knowledge on how plumbing should look/work!!

My wife and I just bought a mid-century house and have been looking for professionals in all the trades to take care of the various issues that pop up now and then. Naturally, our bathroom sink was slow to drain, and after 3 jugs of liquid plumber on separate occasions and a cheap drain snake from home depot, we were ready to find a REAL plumber! I found Mark and Total Plumbing and Drain Cleaning by happenstance while looking for a different plumber online, and I'm VERY glad I called his company instead! Mark was punctual and professional for his first visit to our house. He listened to the problem and we discussed what he thought could be the reason for a slow drain and then NO DRAIN of water. Mark snaked the drain once with a smaller machine, and finally got the water to go down, only to have it back up again. After attacking the problem with a much larger and longer drain snake (50FT) for about 25 minutes, mark was finally able to get the sink to continuously drain for an extended period of time! NO problems since, and he was just as kind and courteous to clean up after the job as well!
I could not be happier with the service of Total Plumbing and Drain Cleaning, and their prices are excellent! My parents have had the same plumber for over 25 years in Atlanta, and I think we may have found ours here in Denver! I would definitely not hesitate to call Mark again for major and minor work to be done.
A plumber we can trust!
