Invictus H2O was founded in 2018 when my team and I chose to leave our roles in larger water companies. With over twenty-five years of combined experience and the highest licensing from the Dept. of Environmental Protection. Our extensive network includes contractors, suppliers, haulers, laboratories, and inspectors. Invictus H2O is not new to the industry.

I have dedicated over ten years to this field. My wife, coworkers, and I worked for various employers and grew weary of the greed, dishonesty, and ethical issues. Ali B, my wife and co-owner, started building the foundation for Invictus. I focused on preparing for operational readiness while our staff arrived, eager to take pride in their work again.

We have a clear mission: to show that excellence, cost efficiency, and environmental responsibility can thrive together. We have all faced significant challenges, and now we are at the forefront of Environmental Science and Utilities Management. The name Invictus reflects our spirit, meaning invincible or unconquered in Latin.
