Intuitive Technologies, Inc. provides all necessary options for detailed sewer evaluations. As a women-owned company, we specialize in environmental evaluations and pipeline evaluations. We specialize in providing expert sewer assessment services to city planners, engineering firms, wastewater districts, and service providers.

Founded in 1995, our company is dedicated to pipeline investigation and rehabilitation work. Boasting over 24 years of experience in the sanitary sewer industry, we have built an outstanding reputation in the industry. Intuitive Technologies is debt-free and functions with low overhead, allowing us to provide affordable services without compromising on excellence.

Susan Dakak, our leader brings over 24 years of engineering experience to the table, holding a degree from Tennessee Tech. She has been a consultant for sewer rehabilitation projects across municipalities. Using advanced technologies, she tackles wastewater challenges and flooding problems, and actively participates in local and national professional conferences. Susan has also spoken about new methodologies, including bursting techniques and CIPP lining. In January 2003, she dedicated her time to assist her native Iraq with reconstruction efforts. During her time, she spent six months in Iraq, assessing the sewer system and helping to standardize rehabilitation practices.
