Intuitech supplies premium water treatment pilot plants. Our pilot technologies include granular media filtration, biofiltration, flocculation, and sedimentation. We fabricate bespoke pilot plants for cutting-edge treatment processes such as Reverse Osmosis (RO), Nanofiltration (NF), Ultrafiltration (UF), and Microfiltration (MF). We provide physicochemical systems, ion exchange, electrolytic cells, and biologically active treatment systems as well. If mobility is essential, pilot plants can be set up in mobile trailers, shipping containers, or custom portable structures. Our portable enclosures include climate-controlled laboratory areas and workstations for research personnel. Pilot plants with automation components are standardly equipped with secure web-enabled remote access, ensuring IoT compatibility.
