I called on a Saturday morning when we discovered our hot water tank was leaking water inside our garage. Left message that our situation was urgent. Today is Thursday and I've not received even the courtesy of a call back. I tried this company based on 5 stars and their lovely website promises about responding quickly to customers. Those were empty promises for me. Thumbs down and I'd give less than one star if I could.

Very solid with very competitive pricing. Did a very diverse job for me including running gas to the kitchen, installing larger hot water heater, new kitchen appliances and sink, and installed hardware in a double shower and double vanity. They did mis-install the new diverter valves in the double shower and then blamed the designer for giving them wrong direction. As a result, they had to cut two big holes out of my newly finished and painted walls to get them straightened out. I would have given them 5 stars had they taken responsibility for this instead of saying someone, who is not a plumber, told them to do it the wrong way and they followed those instructions. They were also reasonably responsive from a scheduling standpoint, which is difficult these days with contractors being so busy.

Very knowledgeable about repairing our gas line with a reasonable price. When they completed that part of the job the trench in our backyard had to be filled back in. And the sprinkler system also had to be restored working order.

Before they filled in the trench, they ensured us that the sprinkler system was back in working order.

The trench was filled in, and it was a mound of dirt from the back of the house to the alley which I had to flatten, and that is not an easy task. The sprinkler system does not work as they had told us, and the repair for that will cost as much as the job they did!
