save your money and time and find someone that stands behind their work and their word. Had fill valve and all the fittings replaced in 2 toilets not sure if I needed more than fill valves, I now have a toilet that is ghost flushing and can't seem to get him back to fix it, wish I had read the reviews first.

If we could give a negative rating we would. Jesse is a fraud and a shyster. We got his service through Saratoga Plumbing when we were desperate due to a kitchen remodel.
He showed, did about a half hour of ""work"" then said he was running out for supplies. Four and a half hours later he came back to move our pipes and gas line. He moved them but couldn't reconnect them
He was supposed to be back the next day to finish. 3 days in, multiple no shows with ridiculous excuses and one cashed check for services NOT rendered (yes we are trusting idiots) we discovered not only is he unreachable, he broke our water shut off and the pipe configuration doesn't work.

We now are a week in with no working kitchen sink or gas line for our range. He is clearly incompetent as a plumber but excellent as a thief and swindler.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. You wouldn't believe the whole story if I wrote it. What a nightmare! Two days without shower or toilet and out $700+, and the problem STILL wasn't fixed. Called another plumber (Roto-matic) and 30 minutes later and $300 more and we were golden. Also, International Plumbing was dumped from the Better Business Bureau.

DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY !!! READ THIS BEFORE YOU MAKE THE CALL...WIDH WE DID ...I had a plumming emergency at my home on a Sunday. A gentleman named Jesse called . Said he will be over soon . Little did we know he was showing up after 9 pm. In the mean time we called him about 3 times checking ETA. Well once he finally arrived he almost fixed the problem . He said he will be back Monday. Monday came and it got to be about 6ish and he finally showed again . Still didnt put my bathroom back together . My house smelled liked a sewer plant . He spoke to us again and said he would be back tomorrow ( Tuesday) ... he was a no call no show !!!!! So once again we called and wanted to come after 8 pm. This is unacceptable ! Then he said he will be over Wednesday by 9 am . Once again a no call no show . At this point we have called him about 10 times and left messages on the emergency line and his . Later Wednesday night finally reached his wife and she stated he was in the hospital. Yet another excuse. Made her well aware that this is unacceptable. She said she will call us back ... yup never happened. So Thursday when Jesse finally called we let him know that he has been fired from the job !!!!!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY !!! TERRIBLE SERVICE ! USE A COMPANY THAT IS RELIABLE !!!! JESSE WILL RIP YOU OFF !!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLUMBING COMPANY!!!

Jesse went out to my retail store for main sewer line that was backing up. He advised me (I was off-site) that he attempted to cable line and went out 150 feet but could not clear so he would have to return in the morning to hydro-jet. He quoted me over $1.2K (and over $ 400 for work performed) which I reluctantly approved but when he was supposed to return in the morning, he never showed back up. I continued to call/text/email him for the next 6 hours and ended up canceling with him via email at 2:00pm after still never getting a response back. I ended up hiring a new company who started from scratch. They cabled sewer line, hit a blockage at 40 feet, and cleared the line thus never requiring hydro-jetting service like he claimed. In fact, The $ 432 he is trying to charge me for work he supposedly performed was never actually done either (because he would have cleared if he stuck a cable in the line). So, in the end, I am super happy that he decided to no show this morning since it saved me a fortune because I am not paying him a dime but every individual, every business, every property manager should stay clear of this plumber. If you don't trust me, just read any of the other reviews.

I was going to use this plumber because he was the only one who showed up but after reading the reviews I texted and canceled. I was going to have my water chlorinator replaced. I'll stick with Culligan.

Fellow victims of International Plumbing need to start speaking to each other. I think some people just write off their losses in dealing with Jessie, and the victims keep piling up. Just spoke to a fellow Yelp reviewer and it's amazing how similarly awful our interactions with International Plumbing were. I will have to take him to court for services not rendered. Wants to charge me for special order parts (they probably weren't) and now won't give me access to the parts he's charging me for. He actually lied three different times about a work crew being sent to my home. He is a con man and we need to put him out of business. By far, the worst contractor experience of my life.

scammer.scammers. i called a third party line to get in contact with any local 24hr plumber --- was directed to this guy whom i thought was an office assistant he was speaking as if he will have some guys come out and look at the job THEN give an estimate. on the phone he said less than 100$ i did not t even know this personal name or name of business until i looked on my scammer phone number app that searches for who is registered under the specific number that calls. it's called ""mrnumber"". the guy was here for 3 minutes BUT DID THE WORK IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT GIVING AN ESTIMATE!! HE SEEMED TO BE NICE UP UNTIL HE STARTED USING A CALCULATOR TO ASSESS THE COST. i have a toilet connector that looks like a metal pipe i wished to remove I FAILED -- then i was going to visit home depot, pick up the nice steel braided connector that looks like tube/hose i simply wanted a braided silver one instead of a solid pipe like one. the no name guy charged me 96$ i gasped (he said less than 100 but 96 is almost 100) originally i said if it was going to be more than 5o i will not continue. he scammed me because it was beyond what he knew i was willing to pay also he would only take cash. i should report him to the irs. again he was here for 3 minutes. i gave him 50 and he said he was going to sue me. other companies charge 50$ GO TO ROOTER.MAN for simple jobs it's 50$ i should have spent more time researching. however i wont use craigslist unless the person has a website. i could have asked a neighbor. now this criminal knows where i live and he took advantage of me just because i said i didn't want the man i am dating to do it but i should have. UPDATE: the connector he installed was defective i said i would go to home depot and pick up my own. water is coming out of the hose that he installed when i specifically asked him not to.

I do not like submitting negative reviews, however, the community needs to be warned about these fraudulent crooks.

We had a drain stop on Christmas morning. My wife called the first person she found and they said they would be out the next day. My wife took time off work to get home for the appointment and they never bothered to call and say they were not coming. The next morning when she called to complain, they promised they would be at the house at noon, so she again left work early. This time they were four hours late, but they did show up.

After two hours of trying to clear the line they told my wife they would have to dig up the concrete floor in the basement. They said the work would cost $3,400 plus tax, and come to about $4,000. They demanded a $2,000 deposit and said they would be over on Saturday to fix it.

As busy as these guys claimed to be they managed to cash my check within 15 minutes of leaving my home. This really set off my spider sense to think something was not right.

My wife did not want to wait three more days, but she did need this to be fixed so she paid the deposit. She told me something did not feel right about these guys. I contacted a friend who is a licensed master plumber and asked him to take a look to make certain we were not being scammed. When he inspected he showed me how this job could be completed with minimal effort and no digging up of my concrete floor. In his expert opinion we were being taken advantage of and he said we could have this done for a fraction of the cost.

The next morning I called and emailed International Plumbing and told them we were cancelling the work and would like the deposit back. I offered to pay them for the two hours they worked but would need to know the price. I asked them to then send the remainder.

They claimed that my wife signed a contract which stated the deposit was non-refundable and that all of the materials purchased for our job could not be returned. I asked for a copy of the signed contact and they added the verbiage to the invoice they already sent, complete with a fraudulent signature for my wife!

It has been three weeks and they have still refused to return my deposit. I am forced to seek remedy through the courts. It was also suggested that I follow up with the sheriff's office to address the fraudulent signature, which could be considered identity theft. That is also in the works.

Save yourself some time, seek other plumbers. These people are just plain crooks.

i hired these guys to clean out a sewer main line.they never showed up.my basement flooded . i called them over and over for 4 days they told me we are on our way then gave me a excuse why they were not there.there good reviews that are writing must be done by a relative brother sister cousin exc. i hired another plumber to do the job.took them a half hour. if i were you do not call these guys.there looking for a easy job to make a quick buck. maybe next time the excuse i will here is i could not get off the couch. must be nice to be a plumber and flush a excuse down the drain.
