Garrett is an all star plumber! He was friendly and very professional (wore boot covers for my clean floors), he was able to get me an American Standard toilet that matches the ones in my other bathrooms, he was fast/efficient, and he cleaned up after himself and left my bathroom cleaner than before. I would highly recommend this company. They are my go-to local plumbing company from now on. The price was more than fair and I don't think I will ever go with another company even if they were half the price! Thank you International City Plumbers!

The International City Plumbers are first class! They were super quick responding to our request for help with a bathroom leak that turned into a much bigger project. Elliott did an amazing job with scheduling and communicating the activities and schedules and also the costs for work anticipated. Hector and Carlos worked on plumbing upgrades/retrofits all week. They were on-time each morning and worked long hours. They were incredibly considerate - kept us posted on what was completed each day and doing an incredible clean up after all their work at the end of each day.

We would highly recommend them!

Customers be warned. This company is crooked. They charged me close to $5000 for something that normally will be charged $250 - $500. They use intimidation to collect. Make sure you ask for an estimate first in writhing and read all the fine prints otherwise they will take you to the bank!!!

International City Plumbers will now be my go to plumbing company for all my future repairs/needs. They deserve 5 stars and more, this is by far the best service I've ever experienced. There was a main sewer stoppage at my house and they were able to clear it and cleanup very quickly/well, considering the call was made at 5pm.

My husband and I's call was answered by Alex immediately and their plumbers were to us within an hour. Carlos & Garret educated us on the stoppage and walked us through everything they were going to do (not having any plumbing knowledge), they were very professional & nice, communicated pricing upfront, were able to identify other issues that needed tending to and left us feeling very confident in their work.

Thank you for being a stand up company and helping us solve this issue promptly and accurately. I will be referring all my family and friends to ICP! :)
