I asked through email and phone calls six times for an estimate to replace my HVAC system, but they would not respond to me. I have used them to check my systems in the past, but they still would not respond. Terrible service. What kind of a company just won't respond. If they didn't want the job, the professional thing would have been to respond with that.

Intermountain did several jobs for me during our renovation including moving a water heater, moving washer and dryer lines, pulling gas lines and plumbing for 2 bathrooms/ I found them great to work with. There staff were prompt, professional and fast. Pricing was very reasonable. I would strongly recommend this company if you want it done quickly and right.

If Demarcus from Intermountain shows up, cancel your service. He told me what the problem was(turns out he was completely wrong) and that he wouldn't be able to help me. I asked him how he came to that conclusion. He became frustrated and arrogant. Claiming that he has 8 years experience. If I had followed Demarcus's advice, I would have wasted time and spent thousands of dollars to not fix the problem. I had two landscapers working on my house rent a snake from Home Depot and they cleared the clog in 4 minutes. Clog was nowhere near where Demarcus 100% guaranteed the problem was.

We had been planning some plumbing work for awhile and had some major issues getting a company out to our house to actually do the work. We wanted to do 4 new toilets, replace a disposal and fix a leaking hose bib that was running our water bill out of control. After getting the run around from another local company for weeks, I was referred to Intermountian. Best thing that could of happened. They came out, looked at what we were requesting to have done, gave me an estimate the next day, scheduled the service and appt to do repairs and then showed up early to do the work. The two technicians completed the entire job in one day! We had a small problem with one thing and called the office, They came out the next day and fixed the issue, no questions asked. The quote I was given was exactly what i was charged for the work. None of the ""its gonna be more because of this"" stuff you always hear about. So very pleased with the work and the level of professionalism we received from Intermountian. Highly recommend calling them for any plumbing needs. Outstanding experience!!

Had an air conditioner installed last fall and it has been running great this summer. There was no charge for the estimate and they were able to install the AC while keeping the existing furnace. Before finding Intermountain I got a quote from Your Plumber who charged for the estimate and told me that the heater would need to be replaced; their estimate was double. Another review mentions a positive experience with Vanessa. We worked with her and she has been wonderful with us as well. If you need an AC, I can't imagine using anyone else.

We had a new air conditioning unit installed and replaced the old furnace. Our experience started with Dave coming out to give the estimate. Professional, knowledgeable and he took the time to answer all of our questions. Once we were on the schedule, we worked with Venessa who was amazing from start to the final inspection. Communication is always important and Vanessa was over the top.

I had some plumbing issues on my 37 yr old house! I described the situation and they came promptly to evaluate what's was needed at no charge. Then when they had the parts they came, fixed the issue and did some extra to use up the 1 hour charge. I was very pleased and highly recommend their service!

These folks are awesome. Called them at 730 AM on Friday with a water heater problem in a rental. Because of confined space it appeared to be a two day job. They were booked Friday but said they would do it on Saturday (overtime), but might not be able to finish it until Monday. We and tenants agreed. It turned out they came Friday around 10 AM and got new water heater in and working by 530! They have a few items to finish up on Saturday, but what amazing service! Intermountain are our go-to folks from now on!

Brian the technician did a great job and went the extra mile to take care of our old heating system. Very customer service oriented organization from reception, tech, billing. That is not the norm in Flag.
