Silviu did a great job of clearing a drain which we couldn't clear ourselves. He cleaned out the pipes to about 35', all the way to our final cleanout, with great success!

He was very conscientious, prompt and thorough. The cost was fairly high, though it was a short notice, next day weekend service. This would be expected.

Overall, a great plumber to keep on tap, and also a referral to another plumber I use for a rental property, who doesn't travel as far as our main home.

After a home repair went bad we called Intercounty Plumbing and Silviu came to the rescue. We had attempted to disconnect an old water softener. It didn't go as planned and we had water dripping everywhere. We called Intercounty because it was local and had good reviews. Well all the reviews were right. Our problem was addressed promptly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. We would definitely use this company again! There is something to be said for going with a small, locally owned and operated business.

Had plumber out from this company in regards to a sewer smell. They did the smoke test to determine where the smell was emitting from. The Plumber did a satisfactory job, however, a couple of days later the sewer smell returned. I contacted the company several times and spoke to the receptionist who said she would give the owner Silviu the message. Never received a return call back only a deaf ear. Not very good customer service or concern for customers. Hired another company who provided excellent customer service, quality work and reasonable pricing.

Was very lucky to find this company over 5 years ago, and continue to recommend them to anyone I know who needs a plumber. Silviu and his crew really know what they're doing AND they're honest. They've rodded out drains numerous times for me, recommended how to avoid some longstanding problems, fixed clogged toilets, etc. Unlike some companies who see your emergency as an opportunity to charge astronomical prices, Intercounty's prices...even when they show up on short notice for an emergency...are very reasonable and the quality of their work can't be matched. If they say they'll be there, you can count on them to show up and fix the problem. Fantastic company.

These are the only guys you should call. Kitchen drain clogged. Called Roto Rooter and they couldn't open drain. Quoted me $6,000 for a clean out. Called Intercounty and they were able to open up the drain. Turns out I don't need a clean out because have access in the crawl space. Simply need to make the opening to crawl space a little bigger. They spent several hours here fixing the issue and charged me a fair and reasonable fee. I will never call any other plumber in the future. I highly recommend them.
