Just fixed their mess. This is how they mounted a 50lb boiler to the wall - 2 nails and 1 Sheetrock screw, secured to pine wood. No wonder the unit was falling off the wall after minimal use. Good thing I caught this before it completely fell off while I wasn't home, filling my house with natural gas, and flooding the basement with water.

Ruined my gf's house. Gave her brown water and leaky pipes. Receptionist called it a preference. True broken brain hours. Doesn't communicate about water shut offs and don't show up to work. I hate them and you should too.

Company does not return telephone calls. Wanted to have my central A/C checked for me and several neighbors. Since I was a returning customers, I called them again. I will use a different company.

Scheduled to have my heating system serviced. Told secretary to pick any day and time. That went smoothly. 24 hours prior to showing up they cancelled and offered the following day. Guess what they never showed up. Thank god it was not an emergency. No integrity there I suggest locating a more competent company.

Called yesterday because I needed service on my boiler. They took my info and never called back. Good luck with this company. Useless

Intercity Plumbing converted my oil to gas. Kamal was professional and I could not be happier with the services. My system has been running great for four years now. He also assisted with heating and plumbing when my daughter bought her home last year. Kamal is a professional and is a master in his field. My daughter was very happy with his work. He is honest and his prices are competitive.

I give Intercity Plumbing and Heating 5 stars. I had a new heating system installed in August 2014. Kamal and company did a great job. The installers were clean,neat ,and polite. Kamal explained everything about the system to us. Brand name product, at a competitive price. The system installed by Intercity provided flawless heat through last year's harsh winter heating season .Now i received a boiler tuneup. Kamal is knowledgeable, and he and his team did another great job. I am pleased to have chosen Intercity.

I hired a licensed plumber but received an assistant. The work was done in a sloppy manner causing me to spend more money after they left to have the tub/shower wall replaced and retiled. The assistant at the time apologized said he slipped. The Owner did NOT care when I sent him photos and said I was disappointed in his work. He had worked in my home previously but always I had a licensed plumber.
The first day of repair the assistant had trouble connecting everything and had to replace a part before he even left the house, it leaked. Same week that same part was replaced again, it leaked.
To this date, the SAME LEAK that I had before this work was completed is still happening in the tub/shower. They did NOT find the original leak only replaced what they ""thought"" was wrong. Owner doesn't care because it was SHODDY work to begin with and I told the Assistant he was NOT allowed to work in my home again.
I only hire Licensed Master Plumbers and Intercity is a disappointment.
Save yourself the heartache and get a different plumber.
