It is not easy replacing an existing furnace with a new one. Sean and Bob did a very good job removing and replacing with a new Carrier Unit. They also serviced my April Air humidifier. I was very pleased with the duct work and the finished product. Everything was removed and cleaned up. Joe also replaced a shut off valve for my sprinkler system. I am all set for the winter. A very professional team.

Very Efficient company. Had 2 other plumbers come out to my house to fix my bathroom sink and only made it worse. Matt hd it all taken care of within half an hour. Just sad that we didn't call them right from the beginning. Sometimes we intend to call the handy mens to save some money but at the end of the day we end up paying more going that route. Definitely keeping this company for future pluming services.

Professional and courteous, but had to turn them away (paying them $39 for coming out). $660 for a maintenance rodding with an outside access was just too much. Honestly, I feel a little taken advantage of on this one. They wouldn't give me any ballpark on the phone (which isn't too uncommon for plumbing services), but they could have told me that their prices *start* at $660 for this service (which is what the technician told me once he got here).

Matt came out to do an estimate for work we are planning, which went fine. At the end of our discussion, he asked for a $39.00 as a trip fee. This was a surprise to us. It was never mentioned when we scheduled the appointment, nor is it called out on the website. This seems misleading to me. If they'll mislead me concerning an estimate, can I trust them to work on my house? I don't think so. In addition, why would I pay someone to do an estimate in order to win me. business?

Simply the best! Earmon is a pro when it comes to scheduling and overall communications skills! Matt A. has come out to my home on two occasions and saved the day both times. Not only is he a total professional, he is so nice and considerate! He is especially great at being so positive and nice after a water leak demolished my family room and I was in tears!

After some pretty intense rain, we had water coming into our basement. We tried to call other plumbers but weren't able to get anyone out on the same day. We called Intelligent Plumbing, partially based on their reviews on Yelp and they were great!

The receptionist was very polite and said they could dispatch someone that day. Neal and Matt arrived early (when do see that) and went right to work. They explained the problem in great detail (Neal even drew some very helpful pictures) and told me my options and the pricing associated with each one. Both Neal and Matt were polite and professional.

The work was done quickly and even though it was rainy and muddy outside, they left the workspace in great condition. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

It is very difficult to give a rating as there needs to be different rating categories. Below are my ratings:
1. 5 STARS -Due to water slowly coming out under water heater, I felt that I better change out water heaters quickly and not wait for a flood. I called at 5:00 PM on a weekday, and Intelligent Plumbing was the fastest to respond, having 2 trucks, not just one. Very quick, polite, great communication within the company.

2. 2 STARS - Water heater installed had a dent on the top. I work at home and was thinking everything was fine, and did not know a dented water heater was being installed. (Dent was fairly large.) No mention was made, even when I came downstairs and looked at it with the plumber standing near me. Glitches are best tackled up front. Trust gets lost when this does not happen, or the issue is minimized.

3. 4-5 STARS - I did not want a new obviously dented water heater at a high price. Was only offered $100 off for the dent. So I asked for replacement, and was going to pay only a percentage of the bill. However, they had me pay nothing at all, and came out a couple days later to give me a water heater in perfect condition. That was a great way to do things.

3. 3 STARS - Pricing. This is a high service company, so they are not inexpensive. For a water heater install, it was overkill to call them. But if there is a complicated project, then I imagine they are worth it. $99 of the fee of $1484.23 for a Bradford White 50 gallon tank was the expense of responding immediately after work hours.

4. 5 STARS - The plumber was very fair in telling me that it did not seem like an emergency, but that the old water heater was not worth fixing. I was the nervous person not wanting to wake up to a surprise flood in my house. He explained things well. He was clean, neat, polite, and competent.

We had an emergency situation and had a pretty bad experience with the plumber that came to take care of our issue. The very next morning,Neil, the service manager, called and apologized. He came to the house and made other recommendations to ensure we don't have a reoccurring problem. Overall, I'm very happy with intelligent plumbing and will use them again in the future.

Eric showed up on time and introduced himself and was very friendly. He explained exactly how here was going to go about riding out my sewer and let me know approximately how long things would take and how much things were in a cost upfront, There were no surprises! He got my sewer back up and running in no time and we are very pleased with the service the Intelligent crew provided us. We have been using intelligent for over 10 years and will continue to do so. These guys are top notch!
