Called on a Friday afternoon for a clogged kitchen drain, figuring it needed to be snaked, which we seem to need every year or so. They promptly came out. ""Snaked"" the drain and camera the line. They told us there was damage to our cast iron drain deep under our house, and we either need to tear up the existing flooring or re-route the drain externally to the house, for a cool 9K. Oh, and they could start right then.
Thankfully, we called for a second opinion. Drain Masters came out, actually snaked the drain and my drains are back to working completely fine. So glad we didn't fall to the pressure of getting the work done immediately and didn't get scammed like I'm sure they do to many others.

Andy was fantastic. came and fixed my bathroom drain and charged me the $69 advertised. he made sure to not leave any mess behind and even dis-infected the tub before he left. would recommend to anyone, just ask for Andy!

My bathroom sink was not draining well, so I called ""Integrity"" because of the drain cleaning special advertised on their website. Juan, the technician arrived quickly. I told him I wanted the $69 deal advertised. He then began trying to explain that it was conditional on ""easy access"" and that I could save money if I paid more (?!).

I couldn't really understand his English. Like most customers, I would have liked to see the information and explanation in writing about the various techniques they were planning to use, and the cost of each.

However, the bathroom sink drain in question was very easy to access, a no-brainer. He cleared it by removing the trap and about 2 feet of hair and gunk clogging it, put it back together, and then it drained fine. But then he went on and on about how I could get this service call ""free"" if I only agreed to cleaning all the drains in the house, as well as the lateral sewer line, for $1285 (!). However, I couldn't understand what he was proposing: snaking all these drains (which appear to be working fine), removing all the traps and emptying, or ""hydroscoping"" which is running pressurized water thru all the lines and drains. He wanted to be sure I understood that the hydro scope could cause damage, and how the repair of this possible damage was going to be paid for. I told him I'd think about it. A day later, I still have nothing in writing, not even a business card, and no bill, but I told their answering service I did not want to go forward with any more work.
Basically he tried to upsell me from $69 to $1,285. I ended up paying $147 to clear one drain.

Integrity was one of several plumbers I frantically called at 7:30am when my 38 year old water heater decided to dump an active waterfall into my backyard. They called me back within a few minutes and when they couldn't talk me thru the shut off valves(frozen in place after all those years), they sent Jose right over. He arrived within an hour and immed shut off the water flow. He estimated the cost to replace, installed the new water heater and hauled off the old one, all by lunchtime. Price seemed quite reasonable for the emergency situation. Too bad the new one only comes with a 5 year warranty; guess Jose will be back then!

I'm giving them 1 star, cause theres no way to post this review otherwise. They should change their name to Dishonest Rooter. Their office quotes a $69 price for rooter work on the phone, and the guy comes and tries to scam you into spending 500-1000 for Hydro flushing that's NOT necessary. The manager will try to scare you into thinking that, that's the only option to clear the drain or Main Line. Please don't get scammed by these con artists. They are dishonest. We do NOT recommend them to anyone! Don't get scammed by this place. BE WARE!!
