I originally called Integrity for a service call, but it revealed a much larger problem. They were attentive, neat, on time, and were up front about what the job entailed and their approach. They provided an accurate quote for all of the work, and did a great job minimizing the damage to my flooring. Lee was a great problem solver, and Jose did a great job with the necessary repairs.

Neat & very professional. They sent a guy out yesterday who was busy but near by because my water heater was leaking water everywhere.... i have wood floors so i was freaking. They took care of it immediately, cleaned up the mess and my floors were actually ok.
They went over my options, thoroughly explained what was wrong so that I understood, replaced my water heater and even got me laughing through this whole ordeal. Needless to say I will definitely use this company if I have a plumbing issue again as they were professional, curtious, informative & great with me during a very stressful time. Thank u Integrity!

One of the most important things for me, outside of obvious high quality work, is how they leave the area. We had Integrity Plumbing out to clear ONE exterior drain. The technician was very nice and super knowledgable, no complaints there. My issue is they charged us $575 to go about 25-30 feet before discovering the drain was crushed by a root. Then he proceeded to give us a very, very expensive quote to replace the entire drain when really just a section needs to be replaced. I feel uneasy and slightly taken advantage of.

Technically a very proficient company; Integrity though, absolutely not! They quoted us several scenarios to fix our water leak under the slab of our home. The price was actually much higher, ok, we'll accept that. They quoted us however nearly $800 to repair the stucco outside our home for repair. This quoted price was to have been carried out by a 3rd party, a company whom they partner with. This quote was outrageous. We asked them to remove this quote and adjust the final invoice, we found a licensed plumber and repairman who would do the job for $200...this was not a big hole to repair. I called and spoke to Scott who said he'd follow-up and send me the adjusted invoice, it never happened. I called again two days later, the woman said Scott would call me back, he never did. I emailed them on their company website, still nothing. My wife called a few days ago. The woman assured her, she'd check with Scott and she'd call us back, never did. The invoice was never adjusted for service not rendered. We're now disputing the charge with our credit card company.

Customer beware, Integrity Plumbing has no integrity !!! No call-backs, no adjustment on the invoice for a gouged line item charge, that was never performed by them.

Called for a very URGENT matter (toilet backing up into the shower) given a reasonable appointment window...only to be called at the very end of the window to be given a longer window. But then, they called back again, after normal business hours to cancel altogether. Very unprofessional. I had called at noon, so easily could have found another company; finding out after 530 makes that much more difficult and expensive. I am very unhappy.
