Cox vs Shell Case
The Union training is evident in every repipe we perform.
We led the way in 1993 as the first to install Uponor PEX A systems in the USA.
I received Union training in 1973.
I started working at a repipe company in 1990 to educate drywallers and painters.
I found that plumbers struggled with home disassembly, which led me to take over copper repiping and establish techniques for layout, routing, and staging.
In 1993, I initiated my first Uponor PEX A installations.
In 1995, I began repiping 10 homes and 8 apartments per day across several states for 16 years.
I moved to Oceanside in 2012 to enjoy tuna fishing.
I have chosen to repipe only 3 homes per week at this stage.
I have never received a complaint regarding a repipe job, drywall job, or painting job.
With a Master's in Business Management, my daughter is set to take over when I finish my career.

After finally admitting the existence of a second slab leak in my Rancho Penasquitos home preceded by a couple of higher than normal water & gas bills, I really had no option other than to repipe my house.
Contract Process: Integrity Repipe Inc (specifically Carlos) was the only company that came in with a contract proposal that was actually geared to repiping. They are also the only company that seemed to have the knowledge/experience to make me feel comfortable that they could develop and execute a plan. They have in-house dry wallers to complete the project which was also unique. They would leave no pipes exposed, minimize the holes that were needed, and they would complete the job in under three days (two for repiping and one for hole repair). Other companies were going to leave pipes exposed, or had no idea as to how certain connections in my house would be made (resulting in a partial repipe).
Repipe Process: Carlos (same gentleman who did the proposal/estimate) and Cody were two of most professional, pleasant, congenial and respectful workers I have ever allowed in my house. They executed their plan just as they said they would, and took the time to keep me informed along the way. Carlos's (and Cody) over-all knowledge and experience in repiping was obvious and second to none. Dust was kept to a minimum, and the Carlos/Cody team spent a lot of time covering the furniture & walls to protect them. When they left at the end of the first day, they had completed enough of the repipe to leave the water on so my wife and I were never without. My repipe (with PEX) is complete and I could not be happier.
Repair Process: The drywall team arrived the morning after the repipe portion was complete. Coming from a stucco/plaster background, I know a few things about this process and can be more critical than most. However, the father/son team of Able and Fernandez (sorry if I got their names wrong) and one additional worker, were just as professional, congenial, and respectful as the repipe team. Their work ethic was amazing and once again took the extra time needed to protect my furniture/house from collateral damage. They completed the necessary repairs of the stucco, drywall holes needing a smooth finish, and holes needing a textured finish. All I need to do is paint and no one will ever know I even had work done. Drywall can be a messy business, but they left my house in great condition.
Thanks to Integrity Repipe for making this a painless process, and leaving my house in better condition than when they came.

My house was originally piped with some terrible pipe called Quest. I kept experiencing pin hole leaks for years and would temporally fix them with Shark Bits from Home Depot. Trying to fix it myself cost me more money, time and just prolonged the issue. The reason it took me so long to call a re-piper(not a basic plumber) was because I assumed it would cost $10k+ and take weeks to complete. I was some what correct, most estimates from the normal plumber were to re-pipe with copper. To re-pipe with copper would take about a week and cost about $10k. Until I came across Integrity repipe, Joe Ludlow educated me about the advantages of using PEX-a Uponor. Long story short...I ended up using Integrity repipe for about half the price of copper and the install only took two days. My repiper was Carlos. He has to be the best repiper in southern California. Carlos' workmanship is unmatched, he will make sure to do the job fast with very high quality. I'm not to sure how many repipers they have I'm sure they all are good, but I would personally request Carlos to do the job. I highly recommend a Pex repipe with Integrity repipe.

We had this company come in and give us an estimate for a complete repipe of our two story home. Everything was discussed in detail with no hidden agenda by Ken. The price was excellent and the job Carlos and his two man crew did was outstanding. Not only did they finish everything in two days but they were courteous, pleasant, efficient and most of all did an excellent job. Oscar followed up with patching of all the wall wounds and did a great job. I would recommend Integrity Repipe for your next job without hesitation.

Our homeowner's insurance required a re-pipe. I did all the due dligence, including copper, epoxy re-line, and Pex. Spoke to Joe on the phone, and he encouraged me to look closely into Pex, as I was unfamiliar with it. We met with Ken, the salesperson, who was really helpful in providing lots of good info. Having received a copper estimate from another company that was just shy of $10K, I was shocked that Integrity's price was half that. And the lifetime warranty sealed the deal.
We had a bit of a delay starting the job because some of the crew came down with the flu, but once we got going, they were fast and efficient. Carlos and Cube did a terrific re-pipe job. Literally done in one day. The drywall and stucco repairs were also done quickly and the patches are completely invisible. City inspector signed off the job, and now we have one less thing to worry about as homeowners.
I wouldn't hesitate for one minute to recommend Integrity Repipe. They are as good as their name. I'm completely comfortable with my decision to choose Pex over copper, and with my decision to have Integrity Repipe do the work. Highly recommended.

I called Integrity when I'd had it after the 3rd pin-hole leak in my copper torched my whole kitchen for 3 months. I decided to repipe the whole house and they were not only the best price, but Joe knows everything about this industry and will tell you everything that you need to know about your options and which ones he recommends.
My repipe was completed 1.5 yrs ago and Carlos, foreman, was phenomenal and finished the job in a couple days. He was polite and efficient. Oscar came in to patch all the holes and he knocked those out super quickly and matched texture perfectly.
VERY HAPPY AND BEST OF ALL, THESE GUYS OFFER A REAL PROPERTY GUARANTY!!! A standard warranty is worthless for this type of work. Fixing the pipe is not the major expense when a connector fails due to poor installation. No one else offers this to my knowledge and I talked to many providers at the time.
RECENT UPDATE: Called Joe after leak in my ceiling. Turned out to be the toilet wax ring failure (my tile installer doubled up the wax ring). Even though this is not what they do, Carlos fixed that one and the kid's bath that had a bolt that had rusted through the plate (toilet was not secure). Did it fast and did not gouge me for it.
Love these guys and they stand by their work. I don't know what happened to Ronnie and I did not meet Ed, but my experience has been awesome and until my dealings with Integrity, I have not been happy with a single plumber that I've had in my house.

My house has PEX pipe as main water pipe and when the connection between the city's copper pipe and my PEX pipe leaks, I had a hard time to find qualified plumbers to fix the problem. A lot of people tried to convince me that PEX pipe is bad and I need to spend thousands to change the PEX to copper. Finding out that Joe l is doing both copper and PEX on the internet, I called him and he spent a lot out time on the phone given me honest opinions on both pipes. It turned out that he was right about PEX pipe is better is than copper pipe and the leak I had in my house was because of the corrosion of the copper pipe.

After yet another leak we decided that a repipe was the way to go. I got quotes from a number of companies and Integrity were the most informative. Joe came and went through PEX v Copper in a mannner I could understand. There was no heavy sales pressure. Carlos and Josh arrived and went through what was going to happen and despite a tight attic space there was minimal damage. the next day our walls were patched and are drying as I write. I would recommend Integrity Repipe.

We had flip flopped for years , copper or pex. We finally decided the best for our situation was pex piping. Accidently found Integrity Repipe , their salesman was the only one to reply in a timely manner. In fact we are still waiting for one company to call. We contracted with Intergrity Repipe to start work the following week. They arrived on time, and immediately put tarps all over the carpets and floors. They guaranteed we would have water that night. They even installed a customer purchased water heater free of charge. The extra cost of 500.00 was agreed to install two new shower valves and faucets at 250.00 . They even added a fridge water line for nothing. The city inspector came and said it was a beautiful job.
The patcher's arrived the next day on time , and again put tarps every where. They even repaired extra holes my husband had made in the stucco for a nominal fee of 60.00. We are happy with the work performed as it was professional from start to finish for a total of three days.

The WORST company ever. Stay away from them, they are a bunch of crooks. I received a quote from Joe to repipe my house. his price was very good. so we decided to use them. Once they got here the foreman Ed would not honor the quote that Joe gave, according to Ed Joe did not price the job right and Ed was going to charge me an additional $1200 to do the job. Integrity is last word they should be using they are far from being honest.

I wish I could give this company zero stars! Their sales guy, Joe ludlow, brags about being the only guy with tons of PEX piping experience. He even brings a book with pictures of the ""other repipe"" guys, and then shows us how good his is...He said he supervises every job (not true)
In short, his crew showed up almost 2.5 hours late the morning of the repipe (one of them actually showed up on time, and waited on my porch). After being in my house for 30 minutes, they stood outside completely bewildered as to what was the best way to cut into the outside/front of my house (all that experience Joe talks about is irrelevant because his crew has no idea). I had to go out there and tell them they were NOT allowed to cut into the front of the house!! (by the way, main water line is at the side!)
Suddenly, the lead guy said he was sick and they all had to leave. He said Joe would contact me to reschedule.
While he may have been sick, Joe NEVER called me!! I had to call him 2 times to find out what was going on. I finally got a hold of him and he said he'd talk to some other guy and let me know....still haven't heard back and it's been 2 months!!
Joe is all talk and clearly has so much business that he could pretend he never booked mine!
The crew that actually shows up is unprofessional and has NO guidance from Joe. Don't even bother. We ended up with another company and it was night and day on every level. Thanks Joe for actually doing me a favor...you earned one star.
