Late one evening, our well began surging and the water was a nasty brownish color. We had no idea what was wrong, only that it wasn't right! I sent a message to Integrity Pumps & Filtration that night, stating we had a problem and that we would be calling first thing in the morning.

I received a reply early the next morning saying they would be able to come by and take a look. I called first thing and they confirmed that they would be out sometime in the morning.

They came, they fixed our problem - well pump and holding tank, plus a couple of other items - and we are back up and running! We were back online before lunch. Jeff and his employee were professional, but friendly.

Highly recommend them for any well work needing done.

We purchased our farm over a year ago - it had an old well, but no pump or infrastructure. Integrity responded to my phone messages and has been very easy to work with and very professional, but also friendly and helpful. They explained what needed to be done and how to do it. When we first bought our cabin 3 years ago Jeff came out and inspected our well and water system. He made a couple minor repairs and let us know how to change the filters. No upselling or big surprises.

When our system sprang a leak this month I dropped by Integrity and discussed the problem with Jeff. He quickly pulled up my file from 3 years ago and refreshed his memory about my system. He even had the results of the water test he did before. I showed pictures of the system and the leak. Jeff diagnosed the problem and offered different solutions depending on how much I wanted done and could spend. I decided to have the whole system replaced. I even suggested having the well pump replaced but Jeff didn't like that because it's still working and he doesn't recommend repairs unless they're necessary. He was able to fit me in the next week.

His crew, Tyler and Joe, called me about a half hour before they arrived and showed up ready to work. I even offered them a cup of coffee but they politely refused. They were friendly, fast and professional. I forgot to check the clock when they arrived but I think it took a little over 2 hours. That includes instructing me on the new system.

The water now tastes better than ever, I don't have to worry about flooding my basement. Filter needs to be changed just once a year. Also because they simplified my system, the water pressure is better. So out of my two times dealing with Integrity, I've had two good experiences. As far as price, I think they're reasonable but you'll have to decide yourself.
