We have used this company for the last 4 years. Anthony has been able to help fix our plumbing issues every time and is very knowledgeable in his line of work. He replaced our water heater today and did an amazing job and for an affordable price. I will continue to bring my service to him!

I called Integrity Plumbing because of a great experience when our Home Warranty for our Rental Prop sent them to fix the issue at the rental. This time I had a backed up sink in my kitchen and thought I'd try them again. Plumber came and checked the line and told me I need to hydrojet the line because of grease build up and referred me to a company. He left but I still had a backed up sink full of dirty water. The bad thing is Integrity Plumbing had me pay $105 prior to the plumber coming out. Anyway, I called the Hydrojet company thinking thats the only fix and they seem to be out of business. I googled to see if there's anything I can do for the meantime and found out Hydrojet can cause $3k. Roto Rooter came up during my search and thought I'd inquire if they Hydrojet. They don't but they offered to send a plumber for free to assess the clogged drain. Their plumber came and mention there is a grease build up, went to his truck to grab a wet vacuum and some snake tool and voila drained my sink. He advised me not to pour down grease which I thought I was being good about emptying it in the trash once it's cooled but maybe residual oil from the pan over time. I was charged $325 but it fixed the problem and would've been $0 charge if they couldn't fix it. So I went back to Integrity Plumbing and it's taken over 2 weeks so far to try to get my $105 back and still waiting. I had to square it off with the plumber and he gave me the guilt trip that he spent his time to come out to look at it. I told him as a consumer you need to understand that I expected it to be fixed. I would understand if the Roto Rooter had to bring in a special uncommon plumbing equipment but they used plumbing tools. He said that's just a temporary fix. I told him that was what I needed at the time when I was stuck with a sink full of dish water which was what he left me with. Stay clear. I'd rather pay a little more and not waste my time and to think I would have spend $3k on Hydrojetting. It's been 3 weeks and sinks are still draining. Thank you ROTO ROOTER!

I told their customer service lady I wanted to give Integrity Plus Plumbing a chance to make this right before I resort to a Yelp review and her answer was we don't do Yelp. I wished I've gone here first rather than trust my first experience with them to read their reviews.

I'll start by saying that the work they do is correct and fixes whatever your problem it. Where they lose me is with scheduling and communication, and the mess they leave behind. Anthony's wife is who does the scheduling and she really struggles to communicate and accurately give you a time frame. Anthony came to my home repeatedly and each time it wasn't on time and even days later. When I asked him about it, he offered no apologies which was really disappointing. I also found that he and the guy working with him left a huge mess in my home. From debris to handprints on the walls to leaning on my furniture. I wouldn't use them again because it simply isn't worth the hassle and inconvenience.

Trust them to install tankless waterheater and it wasn't install to code or warranty of manufactory guidelines found the almost 9 month after we had another issue with house and city came out to inspect the other repair and notice that it was to code so we had to pay to get clear to continue the other work
