I came home on Christmas Eve to a leaking hot water heater and a flooding garage. I called Nick and he was at my house in less than ten minutes and replaced the leaking hose in another ten minutes. Couldn't have asked for better service or a more reasonable price, especially on Christmas Eve!

Nick performed the plumbing on a tub-to-shower conversion during a bathroom renovation, even though there was a slight mix up on the appointment date/time on my part, he can right away. Job was as he quoted over the phone, this guy is fair and knows his trade. I have already recommended him to friends.

I've never seen or met this guy but after reading his reviews thought I would give him a call. I have been looking into a whole house water filtration system and he was so helpful, not trying to sell me but just give me the information. He was out of town at a funeral and still took almost 15 minutes with me on the phone. I will definitely use nick for any plumbing I need in the future! It's hard to find honest hard workers these days!

We discovered a serious leak under our kitchen sink. I called Nick in the morning and he was at the house within a couple of hours. He fixed the problem very quickly and efficiently. He also gave us a thorough explanation and very reasonable estimate of some other plumbing requirements. Read the very positive reviews, thought we'd give Integrity Plus a try, called the number, left my name and a return number and a description of my plumbing need (nothing major) and never heard back -- an all-too-typical experience with Carlsbad and vicinity trades, as we're discovering.

The real deal. A plumber who gives tips over the phone to hemp solve your own problems. He did general plumbing service at our house for a fraction of what were were quoted by a large local plumbing outfit, and he did much cleaner work.

Nick is simply a top notch person. We recommend him without hesitation.

I find it very difficult to find an honest and really professional plumber...and then I met Nick. He has helped my husband and I in our first home repair which involved a water heater leaking at 1am. He was great with installing it and explained everything he was doing in detail. He also explained that we had a timer on our water heater and that would be a few extra dollars to fix because of a special part he needed to order.

I knew who we needed to call after my husband tried to fix our shower knob that wouldn't turn all the way. Nick explained how to do everything over the phone which saved us a lot of money not needing him to come and repair. It gave my husband the confidence to start replacing other bath knobs and fixtures after what he learned from Nick. Him and his wife are the most honest and helpful people I've met in the industry. Nick at Integrity Plus was great! I had a crazy after-hours plumbing problem and he calmly gave me instructions (which helped me relax a bit), and then he came right over to fix the broken piece.

I came home from a massage and started to draw a bath (as prescribed by my massage therapist). After the water had just about filled up the tub, I went to turn it off and couldn't. A piece in the handle had broken and I couldn't control the shut off. The water was running for what seemed like forever and in the chaos I couldn't think of where the master shut off was (despite asking 2 different people for help). I called another plumbing company's emergency number and had to leave a message, and fortunately, then, looked at Yelp and found Integrity Plus, in Carlsbad.

Even though I was stressed, Nick was nice, professional, prompt, knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly. Then he charged me very fairly.

Although we all hope to never have plumbing problems, I know that next time I do, I will call Nick.

Now I need to book another massage!!!
