Great to know Nick is back in town! We had a leak in our master bathroom. Nick came over quickly, assessed the problem correctly and repaired the leak. His prices are incredibly reasonable and we will use Integrity Plus Plumbing when a good plumber is needed. Five Stars.

The real deal. A plumber who gives tips over the phone to hemp solve your own problems. He did general plumbing service at our house for a fraction of what were were quoted by a large local plumbing outfit, and he did much cleaner work.

I find it very difficult to find an honest and really professional plumber...and then I met Nick. He has helped my husband and I in our first home repair which involved a water heater leaking at 1am. He was great with installing it and explained everything he was doing in detail. He also explained that we had a timer on our water heater and that would be a few extra dollars to fix because of a special part he needed to order.

I knew who we needed to call after my husband tried to fix our shower knob that wouldn't turn all the way. Nick explained how to do everything over the phone which saved us a lot of money not needing him to come and repair. It gave my husband the confidence to start replacing other bath knobs and fixtures after what he learned from Nick. Him and his wife are the most honest and helpful people I've met in the industry. Nick at Integrity Plus was great! I had a crazy after-hours plumbing problem and he calmly gave me instructions (which helped me relax a bit), and then he came right over to fix the broken piece.

I came home from a massage and started to draw a bath (as prescribed by my massage therapist). After the water had just about filled up the tub, I went to turn it off and couldn't. A piece in the handle had broken and I couldn't control the shut off. The water was running for what seemed like forever and in the chaos I couldn't think of where the master shut off was (despite asking 2 different people for help). I called another plumbing company's emergency number and had to leave a message, and fortunately, then, looked at Yelp and found Integrity Plus, in Carlsbad.

Even though I was stressed, Nick was nice, professional, prompt, knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly. Then he charged me very fairly.

Although we all hope to never have plumbing problems, I know that next time I do, I will call Nick.

Now I need to book another massage!!!

Nick at Integrity Plus Plumbing is a great guy and a really good plumber. He put in our reverse osmosis system, our garbage disposal and has fixed several leaks we've had. He's also consulted on water heater and saved from putting in a new one as we didn't need one as I had thought. We called this company and explained the problem. He very kindly explained the simple fix that was needed at no charge.

He even told us we could have our handyman call him and he would give him instructions on exactly how to do the repair. He didn't charge us for the time he took to explain the repair and he was very pleasant on the phone.

Excellent pricing and professional service.

I've comped a number of plumbers for the job and only a few could give me an estimate and Nick was only one that could give me straight answers and even come by to see the problem area. Even on short notice, he was able to squeeze me in to his busy schedule and really did a clean job replacing a leaking pipe.
