Ignore the below review. The reviewer is upset with the industry as a whole and is taking it out on a single company. Of course a Sunday service call costs a lot and there really isn't such a thing as an appointment time in ANY service industry, just estimated time windows. Regardless, Jack and his people have been servicing my needs for years. They've built three bathrooms in our house total, re-ran our plumbing and replaced our drainage system. IPS will work with you to save money. For instance when we redid our main bathrooms, they worked with us to help figure out what we could handle on our own and what we actually needed a plumber for providing permits and inspections when need be. I have a hard time believing another company would be that accommodating. They also go out of their way to avoid selling unnecessary products and to find solutions using existing fixtures. I've had at least two experiences where they advised me as to how to diagnose/repair my own issue to help me avoid the cost of a service call. TLDR: Do things cost money? Yeah. Am I gonna whine about it? Not really. IPS does good work.

Many years ago, I'm going to guess 2008, we had just moved into an older house on Lee Road in San Carlos. My family was in a bind having just barely moved in, with water pouring out from under an old sink. IPS came out and quickly made everything right by fixing how the garbage disposal was lined up with the pipe. AND, since they didn't provide us with any parts, and the matter took only a few minutes, they really lived up to the """"Integrity"""" part of their name and CHARGED US ZERO - yes, ZERO dollars for the call. So, of course, when we had a plumbing problem that my husband couldn't manage with a quick repair himself, of course we called on INTEGRITY PLUMBING SOLUTIONS again. The young man who came arrived promptly within the promised window of time, gave us three different estimates based on three different ways we could approach the problem, and then quickly, neatly, and thoroughly made the repairs. I'm sorry to read these negative reviews, as that hasn't been my family's experience at all, and I hope that the people who read the reviews will consider ALL of the parameters involved in a service call before making their decision in whether to use IPS or not.

If you want to get overcharged by about 300%, then I'd go with these people. My elderly father who has dementia has a toilet that was a tad wobbly, and one of the guys that works here went to his church (back when he could go to church). The guy came out, spent about an hour working on it, and Was Laa: $506. A new toilet wasn't installed, no new parts except the caulking around the 14"""" base, so just labor for an hour.

I will never use this company again. We discovered a leak in the water lines into the house on our way to a birthday party my husband was giving for me.. He put a bucket to catch the water because he was concerned about the electric, and there are no shut off valves on the hoses. When we got home, we called several plumbers. A employee of Integrity answered, he explained the problem. He said he would come on Sunday; the service call would be $275.00 and asked for a picture. Since we couldn't shut the water off completely because we and our guests needed to use it, we agreed to have him come. The final bill was $415 to replace two hoses. This cost was so outrageous especially since we had to call him to make sure he was coming since he was a little late. While my husband was on the phone with him, I got a call back from a plumber right here in Cape Coral who said he would have come and charge $95/hr. Moral of this story is don't hire plumbing companies who gouge you. I think that is their service call price and does not include time and labor .We called other plumbers, but were in a bind. i will never use this or any other plumbing company again. I will use a certified, recommended plumber even if i have to wait a day. For reference, I also Aztec which was going to charge $6-700 for the service call plus labor and parts which could go as high as $8-900, so he seemed like the better deal at the time. What a mistake I'll never make again, hope this review keeps readers from making the same one. My true rating is no stars ; too bad they don't give us that option.

I have used this Company once before about 10 years ago. When I needed a plumber I remembered the great experience the first time and called them again, Caleb was Prompt and on time and repaired my issue in no time. Everything looks great and his work was clean and very well done. Thank you again and if I ever need help again I will surely call Integrity Plumbing
