Technicians rescheduled 3 times within the day, ended up coming 2.5 hours later than scheduled. The very simple service they performed was overpriced. Wish I had found another service provider. Won't be using them again and cannot recommend.

Did a major replacement of cast iron pipes under house. During first rain house flooded. When they were called to check it all holes had been closed, they said it absolutely was 100% not their fault and would not even come out to check. Luckily customer found a hole not closed and took a picture. When she sent the picture, they still insisted it might be maybe 90% their fault. Investigation proved a hole had not been closed and that caused interior flooding in the house damaging carpet, paneling and sheet rock. They then repaired. Mistakes happen but they need to check our work when a customer asks and acknowledge and correct mistakes

Also, left a terrible mess in yard outside. Dirt, cement, etc not cleaned up and they pulled out a pipe to the french drain causing water build up in the side yard that had never occurred before. That was not repaired.

Would not recommend ever using them.

I was referred by a friend to this company and admit my experience was not the same as the rest. I scheduled a fresh water leak locate with the office and the plumbing specialists came out. There were two guys that came to inspect and were not able to confirm the leak because they didn't have the right equipment. So they called two other guys that had the equipment needed that took another 30 mins (keep in mind they charge by the hour). Two hours later I was told, I have a cold water slab leak and was given an estimate on the work to have a tunnel dug to fix the leak. I was not provided any other option until I asked. Then I spoke to my insurance adjuster and was asked to get another opinion which thankfully I did. After having two other plumbers come out to diagnose the issue at NO COST and provided the options to fix the slab leak. The other plumbers explained why rerouting the pipe for my house was the best option versus tunneling and half the cost. Another thing I was disappointed about was the fact that, it was also a HOT water leak and not cold water as Initially diagnosed which is a huge difference! I tried to contact the owner several times about this issue and have not heard anything back for over a week.

We have had 4 companies come out and not be able to fix our sink. These guys TOOK THEIR TIME to make sure it was done 100%!!!! I felt so bad because the previous owners really screwed up the kitchen sink with years and years of grease causing our sink to constantly back up. But I am literally watching water drain and there has never been a more beautiful sight!!! Thank you!!!!

Having to have your sewer pipes repaired STINKS, no doubt, but Chris (owner) and Jesse (Diagnostic Supervisor) were FANTASTIC to work with. Yes, it's costly. Plumbing repairs are. But these guys kept me in the loop every step of the way. They answered my questions, they explained the procedure, and they followed through on what they promised and on time!God forbid you should need to redo all your sewer pipes, like I did, but if you do, call Chris at Integrity Plumbing Repair!

Bad experience with Integrity Plumbing. I hired them to put in two sewer traps after Integrity Foundation did foundation work and to fix a leaking line. This was on a rental property. I had one of my employees stay at the property while the work was being done. After an hour I called to find about how long the job would take. The only person there did not speak English. At that time I had to switch people staying at the property. When Tricia got there to relieve my other employee the only Integrity employee on the premises was on the porch playing games on his phone. At 12:30 I was going to relieve my employee for lunch at which point there were no Integrity people on site at all. No one said they were leaving. Tricia locked the property and left. Over an hour later Chris, the lead on the job, called because they needed inside. He said he took his crew to pick up supplies. Where was he all the other times when his employees were playing video games? I called the office to question what was going on. The owner and his wife were very pleasant on the phone but that did not help the problems that were going on at the location. As a result I had them finish the traps and told them to leave; they were to do no more work on my property. I called another plumbing company to finish. I will always call another company now. Not Integrity ever again.
