Worst customer service and a waste of our time! Had someone come out to quote a job and a month later still no word, even after we left messages asking for an update! If you couldn't do the job that's fine but at least have the courtesy to let potential customers know!

They had different pricing when I used them in the past. When I used them again recently, they were not upfront with what they charge now. The guy was here for 15 minutes.. I was charged $137.50. When I asked him to look at my tub, he told me he only did drains and had no answers for me. I'd have to schedule another appointment and pay yet another $137.50 to have my tub looked at.. plus the time it would take him to fix it. I feel like I was robbed. Horrible customer service too. Not using them ever again!

Full disclaimer, my husband works at Integrity. BUT: I am also a super critical mechanical engineer who works in commercial building design and questions everything. (Also I'm obligated through my professional engineering license to behave ethically, practice integrity, and remain ever conscious that my profession carries with it the obligation to serve humanity and participate in none but honest enterprises.)

Marc, the owner, is a delight to work with. Good communication, timely, and a fair bid.

His crew arrived on the day of my complete removal and install of all new copper plumbing, and were congenial, polite and good at their job.

Everything turned out great, excellent follow-up when I requested my shower head be moved higher due to some severe ortho problems I have, and just very pleased overall.

Marc went out of his way to insure his crew did a good job, and he himself went above and beyond with nary a peep about the extra trip he made to raise the shower head.

These guys, and Marc, are winners. This ole Marine will vouch for them.
