Overall, I would definitely use Integrity Plumbing again if I were in need of a plumber. I used Integrity Plumbing as due to the fact that we found we needed some repairs for our newly constructed home, this was the company that the builder used, so they set up an appointment with Integrity. I dealt with them today, as a handle on one of two sinks in the Master Bathroom that my Mom uses was loose and her toilet was louder than normal when flushing and in my bathroom, my toilet made a loud screech-like noise after being flushed. Integrity sent Eric, who arrived on time for our 2:30PM appointment. When he arrived, he proved to be friendly with his demeanor and respectful of our home, as he even removed his shoes on his own accord as he did not want to soil our floors. When it came time to do the repairs, he proved to be knowledgeable and skilled, as he was able to tighten the handle on my Mother's sink and since the valves were the problem in the toilets, replaced them. Because of this, all of this equipment works even better than before and I am very thankful to Eric. Pricewise, I do not know how much it would be worth, as these repairs were covered by our home's one-year warranty. However, since I was satisfied with Eric's service, I would still use him even out of warranty thanks to his professionalism and expertise. Overall, I would highly recommend Integrity Plumbing and I would definitely use them again if needed.

Guy was very patient and thorough. he took time to explore issue and explain it to me. he was on time responsive and responsive . he had to get a part so hasn't fixed yet but I have no doubt he will do a good job and stand behind it
