Tom L.Needed a drain augured. Texting with Integrity got me a quote of $49 flat rate. Gave them the job. Arrived, looked at what needed to be done a told me it would be over $500. Then explained that the $49 only got them there. I've attached a screenshot of our chat. I had several other quotes come in for $100-$150. So now I have to start the process all over after paying $49 to meet a couple of nice fellows. I truly believe that I am owed a refund. The text clearly quotes me a flat rate of $49 with no asterisk sending me to the fine print.
