We were hearing bubbling sounds from our kitchen sink over the past couple of days while using various bathroom fixtures and started to panic imagining the worst possible sewage problems conceivable. Reached out to Marlon and a bunch of other plumbers in my area with a detailed description of the problem but Marlon was the only one who provided some feedback about what it could be and a prompt response by showing up over the weekend.

Marlon did an excellent job diagnosing a blockage due to tree roots in our sewage line connecting to the city mains and helped clear multiple clogs systematically all the way to the mains while walking us through the whole process with a drain snake camera. He was patient and helped answer our numerous naive questions in detail, doing a stellar job for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend him for any plumbing tasks !

OK, I rarely give out 5 stars and this would among the very few I hand out. It was the middle of the day and while washing my hands, the water faucet ran out of water. Called the city water supply and was told there they did not shut it off but would have someone within the hour to asses the situation. After about an hour, the city guy comes in checks the main meter to make sure no one has turned it off there, he cannot turn the valve off at my house to isolate the leak so just turns the water off at the meter and leaves, telling us its not their problem. Of course its one of those days(the Friday before Christmas week) where all hell breaks loose at work. I have the mrs. take charge and she calls Marlon. He comes over and investigates and notices its between the city line and where it enters the house as there was no leaks under the house. He immediately inquires if we have a good relationship with the neighbors and wants to hook us up with a temp solution before taking care of the problem the next day. We hired him on the spot. We compared him with one other person and his price was comparable to the other guy. We did book a hotel for the night and the next day. He had someone show up early next morning to begin the dig and take care of the city requirements before laying the pipe. He got us squared away the same day! Fast, efficient and clean. I will

Marlon was amazing! I needed help replacing my garbage disposal and I didn't want to bother looking at videos and doing it myself. So I looked for a plumber on Yelp and found Integrity Plumbing. I connected and communicated via Yelp with Marlon from start to finish. He was very responsive and he even sent me links to purchase the garbage disposal. We haven't hired Marlon yet, but we've had 7 plumbers assess our home's drainage system and Marlon was the MOST comprehensive, most patient, most creative, most knowledgeable, the most communicative and clear about his craft. This guy lives and breathes plumbing and loves his job so much his enthusiasm exudes. That's the kind of plumber I want on speed dial.
He helped us understand our sewer drain system by running his video camera through our pipes. 6/7 of the plumbers we consulted with didn't even bother to do this, but Marlon did, because he values knowledge sharing and teaching his clients.

He is licensed in California and in Illinois, where licensure is far more stringent.

He also gave us a very reasonable rate for our issue and informed us of all of the ways we can self-care for our plumbing system in the future.

Marlon did an excellent job replacing my Kitchen sink faucet today. Old one was original 23 year old faucet and he had to work very hard to remove (cut off) the old one. Very prompt and diligent. Recommend highly!

Marion walks his talk. He gave me the lowest estimate of 4. He replaced my kitchen sink plumbing. He did exactly what I wanted to do in less time he said it would take. An honest plumber! Great experience, tried to fix an old water shut-off valve, but realized that pipe was damaged and needed to be replaced. Marlon showed up only 30min after I called and not only fixed that valve, but also another one and did a free inspection of all other related plumbing projects we did before. Overall an extremely pleasent experience, given the nightmare of a plumbing issue in your house. While hoping not to need his services anytime soon, I know exactly whom to call next time. Thank you.
