Marlon was amazing! I needed help replacing my garbage disposal and I didn't want to bother looking at videos and doing it myself. So I looked for a plumber on Yelp and found Integrity Plumbing. I connected and communicated via Yelp with Marlon from start to finish. He was very responsive and he even sent me links to purchase the garbage disposal. When I finally received my part, I reached out to Marlon and he arrived within 30 mins. He was very efficient and friendly. The entire process was simple and not stressful. Thank you, Marlon!

We haven't hired Marlon yet, but we've had 7 plumbers assess our home's drainage system and Marlon was the MOST comprehensive, most patient, most creative, most knowledgeable, the most communicative and clear about his craft. This guy lives and breathes plumbing and loves his job so much his enthusiasm exudes. That's the kind of plumber I want on speed dial.
He helped us understand our sewer drain system by running his video camera through our pipes. 6/7 of the plumbers we consulted with didn't even bother to do this, but Marlon did, because he values knowledge sharing and teaching his clients.

He is licensed in California and in Illinois, where licensure is far more stringent.

He also gave us a very reasonable rate for our issue and informed us of all of the ways we can self-care for our plumbing system in the future.

Marlon did an excellent job replacing my Kitchen sink faucet today. Old one was original 23 year old faucet and he had to work very hard to remove (cut off) the old one. Very prompt and diligent. Recommend highly!

Marion walks his talk. He gave me the lowest estimate of 4. He replaced my kitchen sink plumbing. He did exactly what I wanted to do in less time he said it would take. An honest plumber! Great experience, tried to fix an old water shut-off valve, but realized that pipe was damaged and needed to be replaced. Marlon showed up only 30min after I called and not only fixed that valve, but also another one and did a free inspection of all other related plumbing projects we did before. Overall an extremely pleasent experience, given the nightmare of a plumbing issue in your house. While hoping not to need his services anytime soon, I know exactly whom to call next time. Thank you.

I had a Insinkerator Badger 5 1/2 HP Heavy Duty Motor garbage disposal that no longer worked - it just hummed. I have manually cleaned it out and started it with the fix it tools but that no longer worked. All sink connections were good so I just needed to replace garbage disposal with same model that I purchased at Dale Hardware in Fremont, Ca. Also, my wife was freaking out without garbage disposal so getting it replaced ASAP was important, along with overall cost to perform the job.
I posted a bid for Pros and we selected Integrity Plumbing and Drain Services to do the job. I was impressed by their website which pictured
so many complex jobs they had completed. We were impressed by their quick response, their availability to come early Monday morning and reasonable price.
We were contacted by plumber Marlon Gomez. He arrived early as promised. He was very conscientious in following COVID-19 health and safety guidelines. He was very professional, personable, courteous and kept me informed of what he was doing. He even made a special trip to Home Depot to obtain electrical connections not included with my purchased garbage disposal. What a relief . He removed old disposal, completed installing new disposal and cleaned everything up. He even gave me advice on a leak outside my home. Tremendous job performed by Marlon. I highly recommend everyone to request him for your project. Integrity Plumbing and Drain Serviced Is A Winner !

Marlon promptly responded to my concern regarding a drained clog in my bathroom sink. He came out next day and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He put on shoe covers before coming into my home, and cleaned up any mess that was made. He also addressed a slow drain concern we had in our kitchen sink the same day.
