I was recommended to this plumber. I emailed details of my work thru their ""online quote"" and then followed up with a phone call the next day. Over a week later and I have yet to get a call back. I would think someone in the office would call back stating they are not interested to bid on the project. Customer service is just as important to the actual work.

I worked with Dave a couple years ago with out main line backing up. He helped me try and find my clean out to try and give me the lower price of not getting on the roof, unfortunately we couldn't find a clean out anywhere nor did my neighbor have one so they must have not been installed when the houses were built. But I did appreciate Dave try to give us a lower rate, most companies would be ok with charging a higher rate right away.

He was able to fix our main line problems right away, pulled out some tree roots and told us some tips for maintenance to help protect against the tree roots.

My first review called Integrity Plumbing in a panic I woke up to water back up into shower, bathtub sinks and more in my home he came out the same day and didn't over charge for his services talked me through the process not only told me but showed me what the issue was I appreciate direct service that isn't trying to sale or charge for things not needed I will always go to him for plumbing issues with my home
