Dave was EXCELLENT- called me back right away and showed up the same day during the hour he said he would. He came with all of the right parts and gave us the old parts that he replaced. He charged what he quoted and was a very clean worker! Left no mess and was generally a kind and respectful person. This is the most positive experience I've ever had with a plumber. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!

David had done a job for me on 2/13/20 involving a replacement of a leaky kitchen faucet. On 9/20/20 I called and left a message I needed him again back at the same location for maybe the same problem. Being Sunday, I called just to give him a heads-up. I called again and left a message on Monday, and then on Tuesday. He completely ignored all calls. After using another plumber to fix the problem, I left him a message I needed to return the faucet, which I am sure was under warranty, for another one. Now he gets back to me right a way, around half an hour, and tells me to get in touch with Moen for the service. I will never use Integrity Plumbing nor ever recommend them. This should have been a warranty call on his part, and he failed.

Hired David based on referral by neighbor to install new kitchen faucet.

Pros: Friendly, competitive pricing, completed job timely, connections appear snug, no leaks, left area clean, wore shoe protectors, wore mask (during Covid), and consulted on an unrelated project.

Cons: An hour late, made presumptions/decisions without consulting with customer, installed a part without disclosing the additional cost until after installation, and left scratches on stainless steel sink.

Overall a good job, and we would consider hiring him again for plumbing needs.

Great service, would recommend to anyone. Found a leaking water heater pipe that I attempted to fix myself, after 5 attempts I called Dave. Dave was able to come over within an hour on a Saturday and finish what I couldn't. Extremely friendly, reasonably priced, very good at what he does, and very quick response. He didn't even mind me bugging him with my questions trying to figure out where I failed. A+ all around.

David has always been my ""go to"" person for my plumbing needs. During this covid19 pandemic, he was very accommodating of all my needs/request of ""no contact"". He let himself in to my house, wore a mask n gloves before entering, replaced my garbage disposal (he actually did extra to check on my old one n text me that he made it work n said it's still good). I decided it was the last leg n request that he replaces it, n he did efficiently. He then left the receipt n the disposal registration on my kitchen counter for me, cleaned up n close the main door behind him n text me to let me know he was done. He then called me to obtain my credit card info to settle the bill. Totally ""contactless"" n efficient! I highly recommend David for any of your plumbing needs, especially during this pandemic with special precaution of social distancing n face mask.

My water heater started leaking on Sunday.
I called Monday night and left a message, Dave called me right back and gave me a rough estimate on a new water heater., was at my house the next day to install water heater.
Dave was very professional and got the job done.
