I called Integrity Plumbing last night on behalf of my older sister who's main drain was clogged. I received a call back this morning, and he was on site at 12:30pm. He (David) worked on the clogged drain for approximately 45 minutes before clearing it.

Additionally, I used Integrity 2 years ago for repairing my main house water line, and he did a great job.

I have recommended Integrity Plumbing to friends and family, and the feed back has been positive.

Considering this place was recommended to me by Home Depot and all the great reviews here on Yelp I really had high expectations.

One week ago today I walked into Home Depot to purchase a new bathroom faucet but I don't know how to install it so the lady that works there suggested I go through their database where they link me up with a local person to give me a quote. Dave was the first person to contact me out of the three. We talked for a little bit over the phone I gave him all of the info and even texted pictures. We agreed that he would be here today, Friday at 3 p.m. He never showed, he never called and my sink is still not fixed

Needless to say you never get a second chance to make a first impression I will not be using this company.

David Fernandes is fantastic! We had an emergency plumbing problem that occurred at 7:00 pm on a Friday night. Within an hour David was at our home fixing the problem. I would highly recommend Integrity Plumbing! Thank you David!

The name definitely fits the service and character of the owner of this company. INTEGRITY I have had a leak running to the meter fixed less than 6 months ago and after coming home from a long day it was the last thing I needed to see. Dave not only responded to a request for an estimate in a fast professional manner but was very understanding that going through the night without water would be difficult. He gave a very reasonable estimate and got to work within minutes of arriving quickly identifying the problem and getting our water back on as fast as possible. He is very knowledgeable in his craft and would receive the highest recommendation for your plumbing needs thanks again Dave!

I called Integrity Plumbing and left a voice mail and no more then 5 mins later received one back. He showed on same day and was very punctual. The work was explained in detail every step of the way, he was very friendly and personable. Came over to fix the washer drain but he also fixed/finished installing my utility sink and the only extra cost was the fitting he had in the truck. After both of them he also helped me identify a problem in the bathroom and told me what to watch out for and how to stop it on my own. Overall extreme good service, knowledgeable and a very enjoyable service. I would recommend to anyone and would/will be using him in the future.

I had the David come out once for my garbage disposal and a shower upstairs yes he fixed those but forgot to fix our bath tub and shower head. Caled him out for a second time for shower problem again fixed it one last time but never touched the tub like I had asked. I called him a third time to fix our tub because we cant take baths with out it leaking he came out said he fixed it but left a giant hole in the ceiling under the tub and the caulking he supposedly put on the pipe line was never put on. I had called him multiple times to come back out left messages too so i'm going to have to take matters into my own hands and take it to courts or go to company personally and complain for my money back. horrible service never finishes work. then again he is cheap so pay for what you get.

I called David at Integrity Plumbing, to evaluate and quote a broken sewer line in my crawlspace. He was available and arrived at my house in a few hours after calling. When he arrived he was very polite and respectful. I told him that a cleanup crew had just left after cleaning and sanatizing the area and that another local plumber had already came and gave me a quote and that I was looking for a second opinon on the damage. (I am a younger homeowner so it seems like contractors like to take advantage of my lack of knowledge in these areas.) He understood my concerns and went striaght to work locating the cause of the leak. He found it right away and quoted my for on the spot repair. He didn't try to sell me on a bunch of other stuff that I didn't need, like a lot of other contractors try to do. His prices were incredible and he worked fast and efficently. He even gives a 1 year warrenty on his work...I saved his information and would not hassitate to call or refer him to anyone!

Called the listed number today at around 1:30 p.m. didn't get an answer, so I left a lengthy message requesting a price quote on a clean out job. Never received a call back. I expected better than that considering all the reviews on here. I am now waiting on Roto-Rooter to come out. It's too bad because I really preferred to go with a local business rather than a franchise.
