He installed new hot and cold supply valves and replaced the leaky faucet. Fantastic job. He cleaned up the area perfectly. Pricing was very fair. Looked at Nextdoor, Facebook and Yelp for local plumbers. This company had 4.5 stars. I felt comfortable calling him to replace an insink hot water dispenser that was leaking. Dave replaced the hot water dispenser but in the process, half of the electrical outlet under the sink stopped working. While he apologized several times, he never offered to have it repaired or gave any kind of discount on the work. It ended up costing double the amount since we had to have an electrician come out and repair the damage .

Dave and his apprentice were so helpful. They went above and beyond which is what most business should do but don't. He helped us find out mysterious leak as well as replace our crappy toilet. I've had other plumbers and they were not reliable and I got sticker shock EVERY SINGLE TIME!

Owner came to the rescue when another company caused more harm than good. Very friendly, professional, and got the work done in a timely manner. It was also the last day in our home (we sold it, yes horror story to have issues last day lol) and he was kind enough to take a picture of my family in front of the house before he left!!

I called integrity for a running toilet. The woman who answered the phone was so nice and went out of her way to check to see if there were any cancellations for same day service. To have someone answering the phone right away is a breath of fresh air!
The serviceman came out within the time frame she had arranged. He completed the job and was honest and pricing fair.
