Solomon Moreno(Integrity Plumbing), re-piped my whole house here in la verne to copper plumbing..He was honest, and fast in completing the job....And the price he quoted me was right on.....And, I also checked with other plumbers before hiring him for the job...And the price he gave me was less expensive than the price the other plumbers would of charged me....He also explained everything in writing as well as tell me and show me what he was doing.....So, I was on the same page with the job....I would definitely call him again and refer him to my family and friends...Thank you Solomon for a great job......

Great service and very professional. This is the second time I have called Integrity Plumbing to help me. Our water heater broke and it needs to be replaced. I called Solomon and he gave me advice on what I needed to check to make sure that it is indeed time to replace our heater. He asked me to text some photos of it so he can assess the damage. When he recommended it needed to be replaced, he gave me a really good price that is comparable to Lowe's and Home Depot but better service. He even gave me a discount from his original quote. He came to my house that same morning within an hour of our call with a brand new Rheem water heater I wanted. Installed it, adjusted the pipes with no extra charge like Lowe's and checked for gas leaks. We are very satisfied cudtomers.

On the phone he explained that he would dig up the leak, diagnose the problem specifically, and then apply his $65 fee to examine the problem to the final bill for repairs. However, after he arrived he said it would be ""a lot of work"" to investigate and dig up the leak and suggested I do it myself to save money. He said it looked like it ""could be a $900 to $1200 job."" Then he charged me the $65 fee and left without even diagnosing the specific problem. The next repair man who arrived gave me a free estimate, said the job was easy and fixed it for $170. I really feel he took advantage of us by charging us for driving by and having a five minute conversation with us. This is my first negative review ever, but I truly believe it was earned.

I had a bad leak in my sprinkler system which needed to be fixed right away because there was no way of shutting the water. Solomon came pretty quickly and got the leak fixed. However, he charged $475 for a 1.5 hour job which I felt was a rip off. Maybe when he quoted me he thought the job would be harder, but he charged me that much anyways. I had no choice as I needed the leak fixed right away, but will most likely not be calling him again.
