Sean did an excellent job with the work he performed at our place (descaling and cleaning the small filter out of our tankless hot water heater...and, problem solving about why our shower wasn't pumping out the maximum temperature hot water like it was supposed to be doing). Sean was a lifesaver for us and we are so fortunate we found him. This is the third time we used him and he will always be our first call. We had a major plumbing emergency (overflow and sewage pipe drain blocked) on Friday late afternoon and Sean responded right away and said he would come out at 6 am on Saturday. He truly went out of his way to start his day super early just to help us and it turned out there were roots from a tree growing in our pipe and around it. He was able to diagnose the problem and remove the roots, replace the damaged pipe and got us back up and running. He is super dependable, professional and his price has always been fair. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a smart, reliable, caring, responsive and experienced plumber. Ten stars!

Sean is a total life saver! Besides having him fix our hot water in a pinch at our primary home, I've called him in two emergencies at our short term rental. One weekend my guests reported that there was no hot water, so I immediately called Sean and he ran through some diagnostics over the phone, had me send a photo of the serial number, then showed up within an hour to fix the problem. My guests had hot water before they came back from their daily activity and I was SO relieved to not have to relocate them for the weekend.

Another time a guest reported that our sprinklers were so loud at 3am that they woke up the whole house. I sent Sean over and he identified the cause (water hammer), turned off the sprinklers, and then came back and did all the repair work out in front of my house as soon as the guests left and before the next guest came.

Oh and then there was that time that my hose spigot in the backyard was leaking causing a massive water bill, but nothing is ever easy at that house so it turned into a whole day long project of Sean cutting and redoing some pipes under our house because of how someone previously installed it. Thankfully we trust Sean to step in as soon as my husband taps out and realizes it's above his pay grade!

Sean is a genuinely good guy who loves what he does for work and truly loves helping provide solutions to his clients in a timely fashion at a fair price. I highly recommend for any type of plumbing project!
