Integrity Plumbing came through when I needed them. Within one hour of my call they came to the house to assess the leak I had discovered. In a short time, the tech conducted a through series of tests and was able to give me direction as to the repair of the issue. Although it wasn't directly related to plumbing, Integrity Plumbing pointed me in the right direction to get the house fixed. Also, they charge a fair price and they let you know up front. Highly recommend Integrity Plumbing!

Just had a mini plumbing emergency and found this plumber online. Liked the name ""Integrity"" because integrity is such a hard thing to find in the service industry. So I decided to see if they walked the walk. Well, they did. James the owner was very responsive and Lyle the technician was a wonderful person who cares about doing things the right way. We had our toilet replaced by Integrity Plumbing and were very pleased with the service.

Robert, the plumber technician, was professional, considerate, and friendly. He arrived on time, explained the process in detail, and cleaned up after himself. He also patiently answered all of our questions (and we had many!). We were particularly impressed with the way he handled the flange replacement. Our old one was pretty much disintegrated! He explained that it was important to replace it properly to avoid future leaks. The quote was fair and reasonable, and he did not try to upsell us on anything we didn't need.

We also want to shout out to James, the owner, whom we initially talked to. He was very personable, and kind, and answered all of our questions regarding the installation. Emily, who helped set up the appointment, was also friendly and helpful.

Overall, we highly recommend Integrity Plumbing to anyone looking for a professional, honest/transparent plumber with fair pricing and warm, friendly customer service. They are a keeper and we'll be glad to have them come out again for any future plumbing needs!

Excellent service by James and his crew member! They replaced the broken mixer cartridge for our bathroom, and also replaced the bad hose under the sink that released odor. Very nice job! Highly recommend!
