Very responsive from initial estimate to automatic texts notifying me the plumber was on his way. Owner texted me late at night to make sure everything was set for the next morning. When a pipe burst in my mother's home, I asked for a quote on Yelp from several plumbers. James was quick to respond with a fair estimate and could come out the next morning. He contacted a restoration company for me (to handle the flood damage) and fixed the burst pipe and a leak in the line running from the house to the meter. He was always quick to respond to my texts and calls (even when he was on vacation with his family) and he was upfront about everything.
