I am completely satisfied with Integrity Plumbing's workmanship. It was effortless to set up an appointment for a leaking drain under the kitchen sink (I was lucky to get a same day appointment too) and I was pleased that James was able to arrive ahead of schedule. Not only was James very professional, but he was also very polite and respectful. He was very thorough and his service was reasonably priced. I trust Integrity Plumbing with any future plumbing issues at my house.

If you need a plumber - choose T H I S Company!!! I have been struggling to find a reliable plumber for my home and it finally happened. We had a home issue and had so much trouble dealing with American Home Shield and the plumbing companies they recommended. Enough looking back.... enter the now! These guys are professional and courteous - and they fully explain the issues with options and cost and allow time for research - since most of the work is a significant cost... it is important to understand the value of the work / repairs. I didn't find a lower cost alternative anywhere and I know the attention to detail and the quality of work and material choices were superb. Service with a smile isn't the norm anymore, but these guys enjoy what they do and it shows. They are experienced and knowledgeable with everything plumbing ... including intelligent toilet installs and wall mounted faucets, etc. They even showed up on a holiday - for a leak that they didn't cause but fixed quickly and they didn't overcharge when they could have - we literally had no options ! James - you are a gem and we appreciate you - more than this review can express. t h a n k y o u ! !

Great service! Excellent customer care! Reasonably priced!
We noticed a leak on our ceiling the night right before Thanksgiving and sent multiple inquiries on Yelp. James responded quickly and showed up 8am the next morning.
He checked & fixed the issue quickly and identified some other potential leak points and did preventive fixes on those parts as well. He helped contacted the builder of the house to check warranty to help save money. In the end he helped find & schedule mold remediation and de-humidifying service for us so we dont need to worried about anything.
Integrity is what his service is about and I m grateful to find him for any plumbing related services/issues going forward. Thank you James!
