Integrity Plumbing is the best! It's hard to find people who are honest do quality work these days, trust me, my dad has been a contractor for 40 years and most people just don't compare. I've had Integrity Plumbing do several repairs for me, they are quick to respond and get the work done, they advise but do not pressure or push unnecessary work. Plus, it's always nice to support a family run business. I will continue to use them for all my future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

I have a big house, 4 and 1/2 bathrooms. Took a shower in the master bathroom I noticed the water wasn't draining. My daughter recommended integrity plumbing. I called and spoke to James, he was polite and helpful on the telephone. One of his plumbers named Lyle came out the same afternoon and went to work on unplugging the main line. I stayed until 7:00 p.m. at night and when you left the line was still plugged up and he said he would return the next day. The following morning he and James. At 8:30 a.m. with a high pressure water blaster. They successfully unplugged the main drain and receded a toilet and put in a new shower valve in another bathroom. They're very helpful, professional or not have the right equipment and the best attitude. They were great. They were fair with the price. I'll be sure to use them again and I can highly recommend them.

After a call with the owner, I learned the tech had to upcharge because of the location I set up for him--my neighbor's garage. He mentioned needing to put in a T. I was quoted a charge, then the tech said I had to sign a leak detection charge, even though I already set up the location through my garage. The owner seemed savvy, making a pre-call to shift the overcharge in his favor. I was frustrated; he used a repair type I've had three times before. He should have told me upfront, but instead, I had to sign an upcharge for leak detection that wasn't even done. By the end of the night, I felt cornered, especially after the owner's call with excuses. What a mess! The fact the tech had me upcharged before starting the job signing a detection leak that he didn't have to do at all. I used others that were there to do the job black white no bs with fair prices.

My garbage disposal stopped working and I was unable to figure it out. Then my toilet stopped working and I was unable to fix it. Thank God for Integrity Plumbing. They were able to send someone out who took care of those repairs and flushed my tankless water heater AND made it so my dishwasher didn't fall forward upon use. Lyle, I can't thank you enough. I can't thank James or Emily enough for their kindness and efficiency as well. God Bless all of you. Thank you so much!

We had shopped around for a plumber to fix a leak in the irrigation (copper) pipe. James gave us a great DIY option to help save us money, but in the end we decided to have him fix it for us. Integrity Plumbing helped us install a new Halo system. When I spoke with James, he was very nice, courteous and really went above what I would have expected. He didn't try to upsell me on a product and listened to my concerns. He spent a good 45 minutes with me even on his day off (was his wife's birthday).

James and Lyle came out and installed the Halo system and did a great job. They didn't mind me watching them install and ask questions about maintenance and potential future work. Great company and would highly recommend.

This plumbing company is absolutely amazing! I had a leak in under my sink and I was putting it off because I was worried about the cost and they were so responsive and so wonderful! If you are looking for a professional, honest, transparent plumber that has excellent customer care and does quality work at a reasonable price. Look no further than Integrity Plumbing. I highly recommend them. My hot water heater was not working. So I got a recommendation for Integrity Plumbing. I called and talked to the owner, James Shute, and told him that I had no hot water. I asked James if he could have someone at my house the next morning at 8:00am and he said he could be there himself. He sent me a text when he was en route to my house. James was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed my hot water heater very quickly and took time to explain that it was a Thermocouple that needed replacing and showed me the part. Before he left he also checked the main house water shut off and the water pressure on the house making sure everything was working correctly as this could effect the water heater. He is thorough and takes pride in his work. He was amazing. The price for the repair was very reasonable. I am so happy to have found Integrity Plumbing. I am a customer for life.
