Toilet issues on a holiday weekend and they were able to come out same day. Quick service and lots of helpful info about some build issues with the toilets unrelated to the job. Tuned the handles for free etc. What more could you ask for?

Please use Integrity Plumbing for any leaks, issues....water heaters...etc. Why? Well the name says it all. The owner, James, should really add a few more words to it....like ""awesome"" or even ""AMAZING"". At this point you should be asking.....""why?"" Because they go above and beyond to help homeowners in need of some plumbing navigation and etc!
We found James through a neighbor around 2020 when we first moved in and he helped us with our water heater. As first time homeowners, we were very stressed since it caused mold to grow and it had seeped to our neighbors wall.

James came to the rescue and our stressed out nerves calmed down and everything was completed shortly after. Our first impression of him was already through the roof so in Oct of 2022 when we received notice that our neighbors were having leaking issues in their unit because of a hidden pipe of ours, we immediatelly called James to rescue us from this perilous journey once again.

Everything was done by phone because we were on vacation for a couple of days but guess what? We didn't have stressed out nerves panicking what to do beacuse we knew James has a plethora of knowledge and knew how to handle everything from the start. Second time around was a bit more work however he's been making sure it's been a breeze for us with transparency and honesty.

We cannot stress enough how reliable Integrity Plumbing is so if you really have any issues just give them a call!
