I am blessed to have a wife who radiates beauty both inside and out. As a proud father of four children, each with their own unique strengths and qualities, I feel more pride every day.

Having worked in this industry for several years, I’ve studied the HVAC landscape in the Tampa Bay region and have focused on what customers want. The name we selected for our company was evident from the start. Integrity embodies what customers are looking for. Traits like honesty, fairness, virtue, and trust—these qualities define integrity.

My upbringing instilled in me the importance of the golden rule. Living by empathy and integrity is as crucial to me as basic necessities. I see these values reflected in my children as they mature.

Myself, along with the other two owners (Brett B and Danny M) and our entire Integrity Home Solutions family look forward to bringing comfort and our namesake into many relationships, both existing and new!

I have home integrity solutions installed my AC unit. I paid for plumbing service plan too. they sold platinum service plan, we paid 300+ last month. Now the AC is not working, they are asking us to pay. Every time I call them they charge a ton saying it is not covered. I don't understand what is covered.

This company knows NOTHING about """" Integrity """" . I made an appointment and was told the window would be 12n-4pm. 4PM comes along and i get NO SHOW and NO CALL. I call them and asked what was going on? The receptionist states the Electrician was running late but would still come. I then get a call 30 minutes later stating they had to CANCEL if i could reschedule. !!!!!! I lost this whole day waiting to get an electrical problem taken care of , to be able to place my house up for sale, and they didn't even show up, call, or apologize during the 12n-4pm window. NOR did they apologize after.

Booked an appointment over a week ago so i could schedule myself off of work and be home only to be called to reschedule due to emergencies because my air conditioning not working wasn't an emergency I guess. So here I am in a hot house but because I don't want to pay the additional $130 fee for an emergency my problem doesn't matter.

Buyer beware!! Buyer wanted a video check of the sewer line to make sure there was no debris or blockage in the line. Video shows line is newer PVC with no blockages. But wait, there are some places in the sewer line that has a little standing water. That must not be the right pitch, you need a new sewer line. They send me 3 estimates. 1 for just the sewer line, 1 for the sewer line and a new water softener and 1 for the sewer line and a nicer water softener. The current water softener is less than a year old. I've lived there 7 or 8 years with absolutely no sewer/drain issues. All 3 estimates say they're going to hand dig a 20 foot trench 5 foot deep to replace the sewer line and if they use an excavator it will be an additional cost. I may be wrong but I'm not seeing a plumber dig a 20 foot trench 5 foot deep by hand. And why would someone do that. And why would a company include a water softener in their estimate when all that was asked for was scoping the sewer line. I'm not seeing any Integrity here.

We paid over $10,000 to have a brand new unit installed by Integrity a little over a year ago. It started to struggle to maintain a cool temperature in the house in the hot parts of the day. The tech came ran water through the drain line (which didn't fix the issue) and said now we need to pay $1600 to have them re run the drain line that they installed. We called to try to talk to someone. We've called for the service manager multiple times and are always told he'll call us back. Someone from customer service text and emailed me but doesn't respond to my replies. Currently 80 degrees in our house. I'd recommend going elsewhere.

Had them put a brand new unit in back in 2020. One year later started having issues with the unit not keeping the home cool. I had them come and check it but was never given an answer as to why. Two months ago had to call them out again and was finally told that the coils were leaking and needed to be replaced. He quoted me almost $5000 for parts and labor. I asked why he was charging me for parts when they should still be under warranty, I was told no and given some crazy story about why they weren't so to Covid. When I told him I didn't have that kind of money he said he could put a bandaid on it for $1000. Which I went ahead and did. A week ago had to have them come back and found out that in fact my parts were still under warranty. Now I'm being told that the parts are on back order and won't be available for three to four weeks meanwhile we have to a/c. They gave us two portable units that do absolutely nothing. So disappointed!

Despite the terrible reviews, we were very satisfied with the a/c repairs done by Travis Armstrong from Integrity Home Solutions. We needed someone to unclog the drainpipe in the unit and he arrived within the window of time we were given, immediately saw the problem, cleaned out the drain and explained all he was doing. The charge of $309 seemed a little high, but since we received same day service, I imagine this is not unusual. Thanks Travis!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I called to schedule a tune up on my AC unit. At first everything seemed great. Hunter came out on 4/16/24 and did whatever it was that he did, collected the check and left within an hour. The only thing he mentioned was the UV bulb in the ac unit has burned out and it's several hundred dollars to repair, or we can be a member of the care package and get one for free. 3 weeks later on 5/8/24 I get a lovely postcard in the mail for a $50 gift card to use for any service. What a coincidence, we had trouble with our AC unit that night. I do appreciate that they're open throughout the night and they were nice enough to send someone out. First I received a text message saying Hunter was coming back out and is on his way. 45 minutes later I get a new text that Jason is coming. He arrived at 10:30pm and started to inspect the AC unit. He said the coils were cracked and he can't put freon because of it. He said it will be $7,004 to fix the coils or $17,580 to replace the entire AC unit.. when we asked him why were the coils not checked during the tune-up/inspection. Jason said it takes a lot to take those apart to look at them but he should've measured the temperature and he didn't. So clearly Hunter did not do what he was supposed to do. Jason then wanted my husband to sign a contract for a new AC unit without speaking to his wife (me) first. I decided to get a second opinion from a few other companies. The coils are not cracked and a brand new AC unit is $7,000 less with 2 other reputable companies. Do not waste your time and money with Integrity Home Services. They need to learn the definition of Integrity

Was told we could get an extended warranty up to a year later on our new ac unit. We have been trying to get a hold and get a call back for over a month now. Finally got one of the head bosses and were told we can no longer get a warranty because they changed the policy. Don't use these clowns
