Company Overview

Integrity Home Solutions is dedicated to all aspects of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. We provide quick, affordable, and expert services to meet your home maintenance requirements. We functions on three guiding principles: delivering exceptional quality in all services and products; building honest and straightforward relationships with our clients; and offering superior support for the duration of our products. Additionally, we offer various financing options as well as special rates for veterans and first responders.

Our leadership team shares a unified vision for how business should be conducted, and the foundation of this vision is focused on how we treat our customers.

Over the years, we have observed many home service companies operate lacking moral principles. Transformation takes place when we take action instead of just discussing. When we decided to create our own firm, we aimed to turn our vision into reality—something that we can all be proud of.

With our industry experience and commitment, we strive to exceed your expectations, and we look forward to showcasing our skills in your home!

I consider myself lucky to be married to a wonderful woman who is beautiful in every way. I am a grateful father of four kids, each with distinct talents and traits, I find myself beaming with pride daily.

Having worked in this industry for several years, I’ve had the chance to learn about the HVAC market in the Tampa Bay area and have focused on what customers want. When we established this company, the name we chose was clear. Integrity embodies what customers are looking for. Values such as honesty, decency, and trustworthiness—these qualities define integrity.

I was taught to live by the golden rule. Living by empathy and integrity is as crucial to me as basic necessities. These virtues are evident in my children as they grow.

Together with my partners (Brett B and Danny M) and our whole Integrity Home Solutions team eagerly anticipate sharing comfort and our principles with many clients, both new and returning!

Sergio and Mykel were amazing. They were extremely professional and communicative during my new AC install. HOWEVER, as a company, I do not recommend working with them. After they get your money, they do not represent with """"Integrity"""". I have had several appointments, they have had to reschedule on their end. The most recent event is they were sending out a Manager because there is not """"enough return"""" in my home to support the AC unit THEY installed. He was a no show and no call. My appointment was between 2pm-4pm and I waited until 6pm. Extremely inappropriate, unprofessional and disappointing. I will not do any business with this company at all for any needs.

Integrity Home Solutions started a plumbing job at my home in April 2024 and it's still unfinished. They did not pass the county inspection (which took them 2 months to schedule for some reason?) and since failing the inspection, they have refused to communicate with me. I have called numerous times and have not received a call back, despite requesting to speak to a manager. I was told an """"urgent reply"""" would be given in 5-10 business days. I have not received a reply to my emails. Would not recommend this company in the least, as 4 months later, I still have unfinished work in my back yard making it unusable and dangerous.

I referred my relative to integrity initially for the camera sewer scope for $99 within 1 hour. They showed up impressively with logo trucks, uniforms, good manners and presentation. Quoted for sewer pipe repairs in the right side yard on opposite side of the problem area. 10k later the problem was the same. Somehow the collapsed pipe under the kitchen slab floor was missed???? Another 6k later.... A bit better but still a problem....so they found yet again pipes that needed grinding out on the left side of the home. Still the gurgling in the commode occurs! They return upon my requiring it, to re-scope but it's not there best camera. They return again with a best camera. On and on and on.... They apologize and say the pitch in the pipe is causing water to sit in the non- replaced pipes after the kitchen repair... Oh actually it's a lip in the new pipe that wasn't allowed the water to run uphill over it that is the problem. But we need to make more holes toward the main bathroom. But not to worry I'm told....the floor repair after the work is done will be covered by Integrity. No additional charges. So they finish and say all is well. But don't repair the floors back or the cement dust that is everywhere!!! AGAIN. I'm testing to see if the gurgling is gone whenever the system is used in big hopes they got it right this time. I told THEM I would get a quote from my contractor and the floor repair that they can PAY me to hire him. Integrity Electrical Same company Same house Same timeframe.....Paid them $5k to rewire to the HVAC. And place some GFCI to be up to code. Seven workers later... and a failed county inspection.... It finally is done right and inspection passes. They are nice kind vibrant folks who don't know exactly what they are doing or even how to trouble shoot their failures. If you value your time money and home..... use someone else. I did but must have read the wrong Integrity company reviews (the name is popular). There was some Integrity to them as they ONCE pressed, admitted responsibility and kept trying. Used Chris Grove of Grove Electric for some other work and He's the One to call.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I called to schedule a tune up on my AC unit. At first everything seemed great. Hunter came out on 4/16/24 and did whatever it was that he did, collected the check and left within an hour. The only thing he mentioned was the UV bulb in the ac unit has burned out and it's several hundred dollars to repair, or we can be a member of the care package and get one for free. 3 weeks later on 5/8/24 I get a lovely postcard in the mail for a $50 gift card to use for any service. What a coincidence, we had trouble with our AC unit that night. I do appreciate that they're open throughout the night and they were nice enough to send someone out. First I received a text message saying Hunter was coming back out and is on his way. 45 minutes later I get a new text that Jason is coming. He arrived at 10:30pm and started to inspect the AC unit. He said the coils were cracked and he can't put freon because of it. He said it will be $7,004 to fix the coils or $17,580 to replace the entire AC unit.. when we asked him why were the coils not checked during the tune-up/inspection. Jason said it takes a lot to take those apart to look at them but he should've measured the temperature and he didn't. So clearly Hunter did not do what he was supposed to do. Jason then wanted my husband to sign a contract for a new AC unit without speaking to his wife (me) first. I decided to get a second opinion from a few other companies. The coils are not cracked and a brand new AC unit is $7,000 less with 2 other reputable companies. Do not waste your time and money with Integrity Home Services. They need to learn the definition of Integrity

Integrity Home Solutions Took over from Bay Area Heating and AC. We were never notified of the change in ownership. We purchased 2 new state of the art Trane AC units less than 4 years ago. The Capacitators have been replaced 4 times in that span. Integrity Home solutions covers parts only, no labor. The part is 60 dollars, labor costs 440 dollars which is very expensive. The repairman came recently to replace the capacitor and charged me for the part and acted as if he didn't know it was still under warranty and charged me for the part. The company did this the past 2x we called them with the capacitator failure. I asked if they would please do the annual maintenance/service while they were here and their employee said """" No, Integrity Solutions has to notify you when your maintenance is due."""" After he left, I was able to see we were past due on our annual maintenance. He just didn't want to do the work. The repairman also fixed the capacitor and then came in and charged me without first asking if I wanted the repair done and what the price was going to be for the repair. We called the office both times asking to get the refund for the part at least. The person answering the phone said the manager would contact us back. Neither time did the manager call us back. I called multiple times and could not speak with their manager. I do not recommend this company. Poor customer service and overpriced.

The name speaks for itself!! Integrity Heating & Cooling recently replaced my 30 year-old HVAC system. The entire process from purchasing the system to having it installed was professional and painless! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Worst company I have dealt with in my entire life. Nightmare since day one. All electric managers and permit managers are """" we will take care of it """" and don't do it. Bad experience with Jim, no return calls and state they will get the job done on a specific day and none shows up. Save yourself a headache.

CALL SOMEONE ELSE! I moved here almost five years ago. I bought an old house in Tampa knowing it would need a great deal of work. It was built in the 1940s and had additions from a few different decades. An old Army buddy had recommended INTEGRITY because he had a friend he trusted working for them at the time. I've used them numerous times over the years. After a few service calls for the ancient A/C unit in the attic, I was getting frustrated. The drain line would clog up almost every month and the unit had a slow leak somewhere. The Tech from Integrity kept charging the system with coolant again and charging me every time of course. I began to think that I didn't really have much choice and would have to just bite the bullet and get a new unit, which they jumped at and were sure to squeeze me for as much as they could. The new unit does work better than the old one, but the drain line still clogs constantly. When I brought this up with them, somehow it's MY fault and if only I would buy a priority membership (or whatever they call it) I wouldn't have the problem. I've since learned that they screwed up when putting in the new drain line... I used them for a plumbing issue. Remember it is an old house, a mix of old cast iron piping, copper, and the newer portions in PVC. I'm sure it isn't the easiest set up to work on, but that was why I was calling professionals right? The sewage line had clogged and the whole house was backing up. The smell was bad but I was more worried about the kids being able to shower and the ability to prepare food etc. Their guy showed up and spent about 5 hours with his camera ramming it through pipes trying to use the camera line to unclog everything. Over and over he kept telling me that there were tree and plant roots growing into the pipes and that I HAD to get the system jetted out. Jetting out of the pipes would require them to dig up the sewer line, cut it open, and run their pressure washer line through all the pipes. This got expensive pretty quick but they made it seem that I didn't really have an alternative. The procedure did unclog the lines... ...for a few days. The next time ( three days later I believe) they ended up sending another guy out and he unclogged it in about an hour this time. He used a snake and ran it through the lines quite easily. I spoke with him for a time about the house's plumbing and what the other plumber had told me. You see, the house is a raised one. The pipes are above ground until they almost completely exit the house. I crawled under the house to check it out myself. There is not a single tree root or plant growing anywhere near these pipes. I called them again one last time because my water heater was having issues and I was lacking in time, and I now had their phone number saved and even on my fridge. Their latest service guy showed up and I took him straight to the water heater. I told him everything that I had told their receptionist on the phone. The water heater was old and I wasn't expecting the world from these guys but I was expecting a bit more than what they did. There were two of them but the only thing they did was to take a picture of the water heater and then charge me a service visit fee. They inspected nothing, fixed nothing, and just repeated back to me what I had already told them... ...and I owed THEM money for this! The next day I took off work, went through the water heater myself and fixed it for about thirty bucks in parts, cheaper than their service call fee. Long story short, this company is NOT going to fix your issues, but they will take your money. CALL SOMEONE ELSE!
