Integrity Home Solutions
Company Overview
Integrity Home Services specializes in cooling, heating, plumbing, and electrical services. We provide quick, affordable, and expert solutions for your household service challenges. We works on three core principles: delivering exceptional quality in all services and products; building honest and straightforward relationships with our clients; and providing outstanding service throughout the lifespan of our products. Additionally, we offer multiple financing plans along with special rates for veterans and first responders.
Our leadership team shares a unified vision for how business should be conducted, and the foundation of this vision is focused on how we treat our customers.
Over the years, we have observed numerous service providers function without strong ethical standards. Real change occurs when we take action instead of just discussing. When we had the chance to start our own business, we wanted to bring our vision to life—something that our families and yours can take pride in.
Armed with our expertise and dedication, we strive to exceed your expectations, and we are eager to display our expertise within your space!
I am a fortunate husband to a wife who is as beautiful inside as she is outside. I am a grateful father of four kids, each with distinct talents and traits, I feel more pride every day.
After spending years in this sector, I’ve had the chance to learn about the HVAC market in the Tampa Bay area and have honed in on what clients seek. When we founded this business, the name was obvious. Integrity reflects the values our customers seek. Honesty, decency, fairness, virtue, truthfulness, sincerity, and trustworthiness—these characteristics represent integrity.
I was taught to live by the golden rule. Living by empathy and integrity is as crucial to me as basic necessities. I see these values reflected in my children as they mature.
Alongside my fellow owners (Brett B and Danny M) and our entire IH&C family are excited to foster comfort and our values in numerous relationships, both current and prospective!

My granddaughter lives in my second home, a duplex condo on Tampa Bay. The A/C unit was shutting off. The tech said the problem was with a common drain line which is the responsibility of the homeowners' association. He said our UV unit needed to be replaced and sent an invoice/estimate for $2,001.00 to replace the unit. I told my granddaughter that that was ridiculous. She is a nurse and one of the nurses she works with has a brother who owns a small A/C repair company. He checked everything out and found the only """"problem"""" with the unit is it needed a bulb replacement. That cost $60, not $2.001. A few years ago an A/C company tried to pull off the same scam in my primary residence in Coral Springs, FL. Seems their techs get commissions on selling """"repairs"""". I'm guessing Integrity Home Solutions works on the same business model.

I want first start off by saying this review is in no way shape or form a reflection of my technicians work. Dexter initially came out to diagnose tbs issue and Eddie did the install. Both were friendly and professional. My issue is with the business. When Dexter came out I was told that my 2008 unit had a bad motor and that he could order it or replace the old unit. Knowing the unit would end up costing me more money I replaced the unit. Dexter presented 3 levels of AC to replace my current 3.5 ton system. I choice the mid range option which he told me would cost 13k. Dexter was not able to tell me why it would cost that much but assured me that the company would be able to send me an invoice with the pricing break down. Since this was an emergency replacement, because it's Florida and I have a 5 month old in the house the install was schedule for the next day. The invoice that was sent over, only quoted the total amount. When Eddie showed up the next day, I asked him if he could get me the pricing break down of what I paid for. He called his service manager who said they would email it to me and call me later to go over it with me. Eddie completed his work and said that he would be back to switch out a breaker, and check the system again. The service manager never called, and no one was out to my house to fix the breaker or check the system. I can't help feel like I was taken advantage of since I have now had time to look at the model they installed and get a quote for how much it cost to install. A 5-6k job somehow cost me double, and no one will reach back out to me and tell me why. I am surprised. Dexter told me the owner is prior military, and that the name Integrity came from his time in service. Being a service member myself for the last 16 years, I thought this would be a good company to go with. At this point, I would not recommend this company to anyone. They have zero transparency in their billing, and will not reach out to you to explain what it is you paid for. Probably the worst 13k I have ever spent.

Reposting because someone didn't like what I said. I have followed every guideline Yelp suggests. I do not recommend this company - for AC service, installation or repair. We had over 20k in repairs done within the 1st month. For the most part, work was done satisfactory or above expectations (Plumbing especially). The AC is another issue. We had 2 techs come 8/8 as we noticed our floor was showing water damage. One tech came and just took pictures, said it should have been sealed and left. The second tech came and said he remembered our home as they had to reinstall an ac that was leaking initially. The reinstall cost us more than 2k and it was our own machine. Literally reinstalled in the exact same place it was originally. We had maintenance performed in May but, we don't know if flushing lines is part of that. Regardless, the AC was and is working fine now. The issue is during the re-install, no one seemed to have noticed that the drain line was not connected below the float switch to turn the AC off if there is a back up. The switch won't turn the machine off if it doesn't have that signal that water is backing up. I believe full inspection after an installation should be complete to ensure the machine is properly functioning. It's stated on their work orders. Instead, ours continued a slow leak for who knows how long resulting in water in our sub-floor, above our garage and down the wall to the floor of our 2 story. We also just found out it's in our master bedroom as well. Our homeowners insurance has stepped in as Integrity hasn't made the repair to the drain line but, a manager from Integrity told us yesterday that they would be out today, (8/11) or some time next week. This is not a issue with the house, this is an installation issue. *Update - T., the manager called immediately after I posted this review. He denied Integrity responsibility. However, he offered to fix the pipe that wasn't connected when the AC Handler was reinstalled - so our float switch will work. No charge. (We are still waiting for a call to have this done and were told either today, 8/11 or some time next week). He also offered a pump....because that's the only way our AC wouldn't flood our floor with a pipe never connected - when it was supposed to be. Unfortunately, we can't have a pump because it would entail a 10k electrical panel upgrade and an additional outlet on a wall that has none. We have a premium contract that protects the AC, Plumbing and Electrical. However, due to the length of time for this leak and damage, we had to call our homeowners insurance. They are reviewing all of Integrity's work, work orders, etc. They will determine the cause and fault and go from there.

I used this company for a sewer camera inspection during the inspection process of buying a home, I did not buy the home btw. A few weeks later, unrelated to me the homeowner called them to have work done on the home. They BILLED MY CREDIT CARD! and REFUSED to give me a refund. They said they cannot process a refund until after the homeowner paid for the work done that was 100% unrelated to me. They store credit card info and use it without your permission. The job was $3,600, I am not okay waiting around. A mistake was made and they refuse to refund me asap.

Our A/C unit was not cooling so we contacted Integrity Home Solutions to diagnose the issue. They said the coil needed to be replaced which would have been about 3k or for 12k we could replace the old unit with a new one and not have to worry about future issues. Since it was a 6 year old unit, we decided it didn't seem worth investing 3k into, so we decided on a new one. We had the new unit installed and it still wasn't cooling. Turns out the issue was the compressor line was leaking and it wasn't in fact the coil. They replaced the compressor line free of charge since it was included in the warranty we had on the new unit. Well, if that was the end of it, I wouldn't be taking my time to write this review. FLASH FOWARD ONE YEAR LATER.. I now have WATER LEAKING THROUGH MY CEILING from my attic space into a bedroom. After 2 different techs came out, they diagnosed the reason for the leak was that the existing ductwork we have cannot support the static pressure created by the new unit. Translation: they sold us a unit that wasn't spec'd properly for the existing house and it resulted in excessive humidity and condensation in my attic that leaks down through my ceiling. It's like trying to put a Ferrari engine in a Toyota and expecting it to perform like a Ferrari. It just doesn't work. NOW they want 10k to replace all of the existing ducts and create new returns. So what could have been a replacement compressor line has now turned into a 22k+ problem ( i have a ruined ceiling) plus a major inconvenience. I trusted that a professional company would install an A/C unit that works with my existing ductwork or let me know up front that everything would need to be replaced. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, when manager Danny was out pricing the job, he said the original salesman probably didn't mention the ducts """"because then the job would have been too expensive and we might not have done it"""". Wow, it's great to know they have salesmen there who would rather be dishonest about what we really need just to get a sale and obviously not care about the mess we will end up with down the road.

When a repair tech shows up all clean that is the first red flag. He came in with his drill in hand, no tech does that, they leave their tools in their van, 2nd red flag. I was told my compressor was bad and he was only outside for about 15 mins, 3rd red flag. First quote $4888. I said the compressor was under warranty. Second quote $3800 +/-. I stated I did NOT want a service contract. Third quote $2888. I said there should only be a labor charge since the compressor is under warranty. I was told that a new compressor would need the maintenance agreement should something go wrong in a year. Why are you buying crappy parts that don't last a year? I called the company that installed the AC, which is what I should have done to begin with. They came out, cleaned it from top to bottom and all it needed was a new circuit breaker. The old breaker was overheating and tripping. Compressor is running just fine and it cost me $399. How sad you all feel the need to steal from people. I don't blame the """"tech"""" he was just a salesman.

i called this company today to do some repairs in my home, they want to charge initially 350 for uncover the kitchen sink, when he starts to work he starts to complain about the space to work, from what I understand all kitchens have the same dimensions under the zinc, then he says that the p was old (the kitchen was remodeled 4 years ago ) later he broke the pipe, took out the shredded and said that by buying the parts and changing only the pipe it would be a total of $800. Later he said he was leaving and not charging anything, but how was he going to charge if what he did was break things and said he was worried about covid because I had a cough, when I clearly explained that I suffered from asthma and what he had done to me I had a test today and it was negative. If this person felt uncomfortable, he should not have started the job and then left. he simply should have said from the beginning that he didn't want to do it and that's it. very unprofessional.

Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It too late for me as I am over 8,000 in, but if I can help make others aware of what I have been through with this company I will. I purchased my unit (full unit, inside and outside replaced) in 2020. My old until stopped working. Within the first couple of months and then 1 year later, I was calling the technicians out because the unit randomly stop working. I am calling them back today because not only did the unit stop working 2 years into a new"""" installment, but it also flooded my adjoining bathroom and bedroom. Please be warned. FIND A BETTER COMPANY. It will save you thousands in the long run. Update:The technician came to the home and quoted me 2200 for air conditioning to be fixed plus 49 for coming out. If I could give 0 stars I would

The only A/C Company I will use from here on out. Customer Service is great. Had a pipe leak and one of the service technicians Jason Thompson came out and solved the problem within 30 minutes of my initial call. He was polite, respectful and knowledgeable. I will recommend him to everyone that needs an Air conditioning issue solved! Thanks again Jason!

WARNING....DO NOT USE FOR ANY SERVICES!This company has unfair trade practices! They overcharge you for parts and services and sell you a maintenance program by using their scare tactics. I would have to admit that the employees are trained well to rip people off. We have a 3 year old AC unit that should at least have a 5 year warranty on it because it wasn't registered for the 10 year warranty at the time it was purchased. Technician, Arionna, came out and was pleasant. She first stated that the capacitor ($250) was bad and we needed a hard start kit ($443). After that was replaced, she came back in and said she had bad news... """"There is a leak in the system somewhere"""". Of course! She wanted to use a die pack ($602) to better locate the leak.. I asked about spraying the solution on the pipes to find the leak. We were told that it doesn't work as well. Yet, we found that she left a bottle of the same solution by our system. SCAM!! Why do people have to lie, cheat and scam?! It is soo sad what this world has come to. She kept insisting that we purchase another unit for $10,000 since we have already put so much money into the unit. (Their sister company, Best Home Services, had already charged us $3000 in 2019 for electric heat kit, wire upgrade & 7 ft of line set.) I don't think we should have to purchase a new unit after 3 years. It just doesn't seem accurate to me. So, she stated that she found a couple of small leaks but """"knows"""" that there is a larger one someplace else because the refrigerant has leaked out. She recommended someone else from the company returns today with a sniffer to investigate. Dispatch hasn't called yet to schedule this said person. I don't trust them and will never use them again. I will be seeking legal advice in this matter. It's not fair to the consumer for companies to take advantage of them because of their lack of knowledge. Integrity Home Solutions and Arionna Lunceford.... you may have gotten $1300 from us but you will not prosper. Just ridiculous!
