Unprofessional, unreliable, terrible service, half done jobs and garbage everywhere.... I can go on and on about the nightmare of service they provided and these are the standards of the owner, Josh Harris. My kitchen remodel started in May of 2021 and is still not complete. He did all of the measurements wrong so nothing fit right in my kitchen. He does not know what he is doing and will not take accountability for his mistakes. I would never recommend this company to anyone I know.

If a company won't carry car insurance, Why would you allow them to work on your home?? My Car is only 7500 dollars your house is 100k plus!!!! Horrible people, from Owner to lady that answers the phone! I have never used them for work! My dealings with this company has been directly with Josh Harris who hit my car with a white Volvo wagon on 4th and St Helens in Tacoma! He admitted it was his fault as he said I couldn't see the sun was in my eyes I punched it and hope to make it! I didn't see your car owell! He gives me his business card and wants me to take my car to Titus Will for repairs without insurance info! I declined, took a pic of his insurance info wrong vehicle, driver license the cars and all positions of where the cars were and are now! He left and me and my passenger knew something was strange! I called my insurance company reported it then his and was informed he didn't have coverage on a Volvo only a F350! Commercial insurance! I called his office and lady that answered the phone accused me of trying to get more money cause there was small injuries! It was a car accident! I have called Mr. Harris 5 times and a few text messages and no response from him or his company!!

This company is a complete joke, I was hired to work for them on 7/1/2012 by phone
after replying to a C.L. add. The ""Owner"" did not ask me to fill out an application prior to starting, did not tell me what my starting wage would be, and did not explain my hiring status either, I assumed it was F/T, I later found out it was ""temporary"". I drove 40 miles to the job cite, got there @ 8:00 am and nobody was there, no boss, nobody! I wanted to work all day to make it more worth the fuel expense, The ""boss"" showed up about 9:00 am, He did not tell me who my supervisor was and did not tell me what my wage would be. He just walked around trying to tell everybody what to do while talking on his ear-phone @ the same time. This was the way it was the whole week.
While working for this company I witnessed bark being put down without vinyl underneath, Flagrant safety violations: no hard hat for landscapers walking under roofing workers. illegal dumping of hazardous construction material, just out of sight, into delicate wetland drainage ecosystems. If you are considering this company in any way/shape/form...do not do it!!!!

We had a wonderful experience hiring Integrity Construction to remodel our home. The employees were well dressed and polite. The owner was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process as the worked on our home. They were on time and on budget and even fixed a few extra issues, electrical and plumbing, at no extra charge. we would definitely recommend them for all your construction needs. They do all phases of construction and are licensed, bonded, and insured.
