My career in construction started later in life, following my marriage and the purchase of my first home. I had never worked in the trades until I was 27, when we decided to renovate our kitchen and hired a contractor while we went on our honeymoon. We returned two weeks later to find nothing completed. After three months, we had a beautiful kitchen, yet small details were still incomplete. We decided to handle our next project ourselves, which sparked our journey into flipping upscale homes. We renovated three of our own homes, consistently doubling and tripling their values before moving on. We accomplished this while maintaining our regular jobs; my wife is an Office Manager at a medical practice, and I was a Logistics Trade Compliance Manager until I founded my company in 2008. She supports my business as much as possible and is the voice you hear on our message service. She is also the voice in my head.
