We had a leak with a shower fixture and needed it replaced. Basically it was a disaster. In summary Integrated Plumbing Solutions sent out Brandon, who seemed nice, who charged us $1,042 to open our bathroom wall and install the base of our new Kohler fixture. When our tile contractor came to do the repair the tile he noticed Brandon did not follow the manufacturers guidelines on the depth the fixture should be set at. Brandon set it too far out. We got Brandon back to reset it and he said we needed our tile contractor to come back out and reopen part of the hole so he could reset it. We did that. Then when we called the company to get Brandon back and it turned out he no longer worked for them. We got Integrated Plumbing to send someone else out who said it could not be fixed, and called his supervisor for help. The supervisor was looking at some solutions and never got back to us despite our sending emails and calling. Finally we gave up and found another solution independent from them to fix it. This company has NO INTEGRITY. Basically their plumber made a mistake, charged us a boatload, and they ignored us when we asked for it to be fixed. I encourage you to stay away from this crooked company!!!

Tried for 30-45 min to get fireplace lit and was unsuccessful. Literally just wiped parts off. Then the guy tried to explain our options but was either drunk, or on drugs and couldn't get it straight. He rambled for 30 minutes and made no sense. He then charged us 109 for trying to fix it. Guess it was for his time? What a horrible experience and way to rip people off during this tough time.

This company is outstanding! We hade extensive work including trenching the yard, laying pipe, hooking up to the county sewer system, installing two sump pumps, replacing pipes, and fixtures inside and they did a great job. Corey was professional, patient, and kind. The whole crew was efficient and cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend this company!!

Metro Atlanta, Please do yourself a favor and NEVER use this company. I live in a high-rise building in Sandy Springs. These people turn a 2 hours hot water low boy replacement into a 8 hour insurance nightmare for me and my neighbors. Even after chaos they caused I tried to speak with their management about insurance repairs. Jenny Irons, refused to listen a hung up on me and told her staff to do the same! I told him this is improper and unprofessional especially with everyone using social media. Then he hung up on me. Jenny Irons when sent an email which said in parts """"Firstly I apologize for hanging up on you, I should have not done that but there is truly nothing i can do."""" Right, Atlanta don't let these people do nothing for you.

I contacted Integrated Plumbing Solutions to first ask if they were familiar working on Bosch Tankless Water Heaters. They put me on hold and came back to say YES they were familiar with the system. I scheduled the appt and a few days later, they were there. Although the technician was there on time, it was clear he did not know what he was doing. He was on his tablet for over two hours trying to diagnosis the problem when he finally offered us two options... replace a gas valve, a pilot generator and flush the system for $1,100 or replace the entire water heater to something newer and simpilier for $3,600. Needless the say I wanted a second option. I called Bosch (which I should have done in the first place) and asked them to send out an authorized technician. The tech got out there and had our system working within 5 MINUTES. It was a dirty ignitor which he was able to clean it and got it relit. Final cost with the Bosch Technician...$89! Please beware with Integrated Plumbing Solutions, they might not know what they are doing...

After soliciting a few trusted companies through HomeAdviser one late evening, IPS quickly called the very next morning. Amazingly, I got a same-day appointment. A convenient text was sent when the technician was in route. Nate arrived bringing all the expertise, efficiency, and professionalism of an 18-year plumbing veteran. Afterwards, I signed on a high-tech tablet and my receipt was conveniently emailed to me avoiding the fuss of paper. I couldn't have enjoyed a better expeirence. From booking to billing, the IPS team are a friendly and customer-focused bunch. They offer unbeatable pricing, high-tech convenience, and decades-long expertise. They will surely earn your repeat business.

Back in May or June of 2014, I bought my first home in Marietta and the previous owners used an electric stove so we swapped it out with a gas stove. However, we did not have a gas line connected from the downstairs garage up to the second floor kitchen so I first reached out to Mr. Plumber for their service. I had to pass on them for being overpriced, extremely poor customer service, and exploiting customers lack of plumbing knowledge (please read my review about them). If I recall, I was given a block time when the plumber would arrive and he came in just within the time frame. Also, if I recall his name was Nick. I explained to him my problem, and he said that instead of using copper all the way upstairs, that they could use a flex connector instead for half the price! I was dumbfounded that Mr. Plumber failed to even mention this to me and go in depth as to the benefits of it. Furthermore, Nick said he could have my gas connected in just an hour instead of the half day or more that Mr. Plumber offered. Nick was missing a part, but went ahead to his office to retrieve at a small cost. Also, he had another fellow to help him install it since you need somebody else to push and pull the cable. Nick's side kick came in really helpful later when he had to crawl underneath the sink to get around to the back of the stove to connect it all. I looked over their connections and everything was secure and neat running up through the garage ceiling. I was extremely pleased with their work so mush so that I called them back for a second visit to check my water heater.

On time, on budget, solid work product. What else do I need

We're in a rental so when we saw a leak on our side of the water meter we called the landlady. The following day one of these guys (Eddie) called and said he was on the way. He pulled up in a company van and didn't bother knocking but got the landlady on the phone. I stepped outside since he was on the porch and he turned away from me and went to the street. I heard him say he would have to replace the underground pipe from the road to the house and it would be about $1300. WHAT??? He left (never said boo to me), later the """"Call before you dig"""" people came and identified the underground utilities. We were livid so we pulled the pipe off the meter, found a busted seal, picked one up for a couple dollars and fixed it ourselves. The landlady cancelled with Integrated Plumbing Solutions. WHAT A RIP OFF.

Our rental home in Woodstock was a victim of the polar vortex of 2014. One of our pipes froze and when the temps warmed up, it burst causing water damage to a wall in the garage. I don't live in the area anymore, so I had to do a bit of Googling to find a local plumber who seemed trustworthy. This company popped up on Yelp with a good review. When I went to their website, I was happy to see they run a 24-hour emergency line. Score! I talked to Christina on the emergency line who was super helpful! Business was so busy, so I understood that it may be a long wait, but she told me she was confident that one of the plumbers could make it to my house by the evening (I called around 10/11 a.m.). To my surprise, a plumber was able to show up within a few hours and fix the broken pipe. On a day like that day, when it seemed like everyone's pipes were bursting and you'd be crazy to get service same day, I almost can't believe it was fixed so quickly. It cost us, but it's fixed and it was fixed fast. Ask about getting the website discount - you can get $25 to $250 off for visiting the website.
