Integrated Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning

I relocated to the Zionsville area from out of state and called John at Integrated Plumbing to install a Culligan Reverse Osmosis tank. I asked specifically if he knew how to install it and he said he did. I have paid less than $100 two other times to have the tank installed due to other relocations. I ended up paying Integrated Plumbing $400 for the installation. I have had more than one issue with the tank since he installed it and today the tank stopped working altogether. I feel EXTREMELY taken advantage of especially since I've paid less than $100 other times I have moved and had the tank installed. Beware of Integrated Plumbing!

Was a no call, no show the first time. Had to call him to reschedule, and five minutes after he was supposed to be at my house John canceled via text. I only tried a second time, because of my home warranty. Completely unprofessional!! Don't waste your time!!

Got stuck with them through my home warranty company (Home Warranty of America). They didn't show the first time after I took off work, and when I called several hours later, said they forgot to write the appointment down. Said he would show up the next day Never did. When I called, got voicemail. Still waiting on that call back.
