Out of the blue, our hot water heater sprung a leak. My wife called Shai and he came over within minutes. He checked everything out and told us that he could replace it on Sunday or Tuesday (after the holiday). He came Sunday and did the entire job by himself. We've used Intact in the past to get our furnace running again. Can't say enough about Shai. First off, he's local and he's such a nice guy. Completely reliable and so responsive. He is thorough and takes great care to make sure he keeps the work area clean. Also makes sure to explain everything as well. If you've got HVAC issues, reach out to Intact. Our hot water heater stopped working, but within 24 hours, Intact Plumbing ordered and installed a new one, and took away the old. They were professional and thorough, and took care with our carpet and furniture. Pricing was fair, and they were able to honor the warrantee on the old heater, which was still in effect. These guys are just the best. They've gutted and remodeled an entire bathroom. Fixed a non working, leaking kitchen faucet on a Sunday in the middle of a pandemic, and are always accessible and professional. There's no one else I'd call.

Our hot water heater stopped working. I called Intact Plumbing. We had used them in the past. They did good work, were reliable, friendly and most importantly, were available when we needed them. So when the hot water heater stopped working, I immediately called them. This was before 6 AM on a Thursday. Someone actually picked up the phone, not what I was expecting. Less than a half hour later I received a call back from Shai. Less than a half hour after that, Shai was at our house! He took a look at the hot water heater and relit the pilot light. All fixed or so we all thought. The next morning it wasn't working again. Rather than try to fix it again, we decided to replace it. It was after all over 15 years old, so I guess it was time. We wanted to replace it with as close to the same one we had. Shai said he could do it that afternoon. He showed up exactly when he said he would, with the hot water heater we decided on, and within a couple of hours we were back in business! That's what I call great service! Shai and his crew are great! Very professional, and nice guys too!! In this day and age, it's nice to know you can get service like this. Highly recommended!

This wasn't a big job and the technician (John I believe) didn't beat around the bush; got straight to work; no upselling but did point out a few things that I needed to be aware of and took care of another minor item; work was very fast and neat. Will consider for future issues.

Shai and the guys at Intact Plumbing are truly one of the best in Bergen County! I've used them 3 times in the last couple of months and each time, they've went above and beyond.

Had an emergency leaking hot water heater and clogged bathroom drain and both times I've called them, they managed to squeeze me in same day to fix both issues. They work fast, meticulous, and very reasonable prices! If you need a good plumber, without a doubt, contact them.

Will definitely only be using them for any plumbing needs.

The sewer eject pump in our basement backed up. The shower, toilet and washing machine were unusable. Jonathan from Intact Plumbing came the next day and replaced the unit. He completed the installation and removed in one visit.
We have used Intact in the past and we're very pleased they were able to do this involved repair so we didn't have to look for anyone else. Jonathan is a pleasure to work with.
We also feel we have paid the right prices for work we've done.

Shai @ Intact replaced my water heater- he was extremely responsive and professional. My water heater started leaking late afternoon and by 830pm a friendly team arrived at my home to replace it with a new one. The team was very professional, diligent and clean.
