I called Instaplumbling because I was in need of a plumber and I decided to go with them because of all the great reviews I seen. I called them and from the first time I talked to them the customer service was awesome! I had a problem with my upstairs bathroom and my spout in my shower was constantly dripping. They had Brandon come out and he give me several options. I decided to go with them and I told him when I went to Home Depot to get a new nickel finish shower kit and to see if they still carried my shower tile that I had remodeled five years ago. When Brandon came today I told him that they did not carry the tile anymore. He started working with my leak and at the end he told me it was very stressful knowing that I didn't have any more tile. He did an outstanding job and his work was very professional and he was very polite too. If you are in need of a professional plumber do not hesitate to call them and I will recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you again Brandon! Rosa Edwards

I had a line run to my refrigerator, Brandon was so nice and very professional. There was a little flaw with the job, just a human slight error. Melissa, the company owner was so professional and kind to me. I was so grateful for all the staff and all the attention to fix the error.

We've used this company before and again, they are excellent with their work from the service technicians to the professional staff at the office. Most recently they did a repair of a pipe leak, Will (the technician) was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. To be honest, I was very surprised to see the low ratings reviews about the company. For us, with the four times we used them, we were very satisfied each time with the work they did and we would use them again in the future.

We used this company and were not treated well by the owner. She badgered us on the day of the work for payment before the plumber was even done with the job. She was rude and unprofessional. I would not use them again.

Absolutely unorganized, poorly managed company. We didn't even get a plumber to the unit, despite an appointment and offer to pay diagnostic fees during scheduling. The plan was to leave the door unlocked, as this was a vacant apartment. They never showed up.
1- Melissa took down the wrong phone #.
2- she refused to take payment prior to appt.
3- She canceled the plumber when he was 10 minutes away, per the vm she left, because she couldn't get in touch with anyone to receive payment.
4- when I called to reschedule, she texted back that they have nothing for 2 wks and wished me well finding another plumber.

I am a realtor and this was scheduled for a handicapped client/owner who couldn't physically make it to the appointment.

I have used InstaPlumbing twice now and both times I was extremely satisfied. Both Brian and Kyle did excellent work at a fair price. They cleaned up when they finished and despite the fact that one of the repairs took more time than they thought, the price they quoted was what I paid. Good family owned business.

Had a leaking copper drainage pipe coming from my bathtub that was leaking through my drop ceiling. I wasn't home when it started by my wife made sure to let me know of it. When I got home it had made quite a mess and crumbled the drop ceiling from wetness. I was able to get waterproof tape and wrap it to make through for a couple days but I wasn't interested in leaving it like that forever so by recommendation I called up InstaPlumbing in Wolcott. They came out the following day and gave us an estimate. One to fix it and the second an optional add-on for future repairs and an inspection of the rest of our system. My wife encouraged the latter for the extra 1
$100 bucks (not crazy about add-one but nobody pulled my leg). They fixed just what I needed fixed. They didn't try to tell me my whole piping system was broken. Honest repair. Prices were what I imagine are ""on par"" with other repair places. I just finally got the drop ceiling back up. Life is good.
