I found myself in a real spot. My son clogged our kitchen sink with noodles and I couldn't clear it. I called Don at Instant Plumbing and he was very kind and helpful. He got the problem fixed for me the same day. He made it affordable for me because I'm out of work. Thank you Don, I really appreciate the compassionate great service!

Work was ok, but be careful. Responsive and seemed helpful, but wouldn't stand behind his work when I had a problem later. Not licensed, and Don seems a little shady.
His employee David who actually did the work was outstanding and helpful. I wish him luck.

I found Don Roberts the most honest plumber I've experienced over past decade. His professionalism, depth of knowledge, and kindness should make him an inspiration to amateurs and professionals alike. I had some problem with my garbage disposal after renovation of a condo done by a contractor. He apparently didn't take the lid in the garbage disposal leading to the pipe to the dishwasher. And that caused water coming from the air gap when I started the dishwasher. I called Don and he spent a significant amount of time explaining the processes to rectify the problem.
Although he offered me a very reasonable price but he encouraged me to do the job myself. The greatest work that kindness does to others is that it makes them kind themselves. As it says, ""A tree is known by its fruit; a man by his deeds"".

I'm pretty sure the guy is not licensed. I had a good job set for him and he started giving me excuses how he. We'd to be incorporated for tax reasons and so on. His usually advertising on Craigslist and wanted a deposit before the job started that I was comfortable with. However, in his emails he would keep on going on and on about how the job could be done a different way to detour the needed plans and permits. Make sure to get few detailed estimates to compare and pay after the job is done fully.

You wasted almost a month of my time for that I was fined by the city. Furthermore, if it's just you, self running the company, you don't need workmen's comp. let's for benefit of doubt you did. You state in your ad that your an experienced plumber of many years and should have let me know from the beginning or refused the job to begin with. Oh so honest.

ok.. so i found them on craig's list, i just moved here from out of state. Point is this, i have been a contractor for35 years, everything i needed done, could have done myself.. josh or john, i don't remember. saved me three days of screwing around. did stuff i didn't ask for, needed no direction. i cant explain, but this could be the best service company ever! feel free to call me! thats how good this dude was... I had low water pressure throughout my home. Spoke with Don over the Yelp app and he sent out Larry within 30 minutes. I had reached out to a couple other businesses in the area and they were all booked for 5-7 days.

Larry was knowledgeable and patient. He educated me on how the plumbing of my house worked and troubleshooted the issue with precision. He assured me that I didn't have any leaks through a couple of tests. He identified the water pressure problem quickly. After replacing the part, the problem was fixed. The price was reasonable and I was glad Larry was able to solve the problem quickly with a 90 day guarantee. If you are looking for a business with years of experience who is able to troubleshoot a problem quickly and efficiently without the guess work, I would recommend Instant Plumbing.

AVOID this company! After Don sent 3 different guys our home, they never fixed the problems THEY created! See pictures that show the improper layout, poor solder joints with the copper fittings and leaking pipe/joints. We are considering court action to collect full amounts we have had to spend to resolve their poor work.

We ended up having to hire Larry Bowen Plumbing (HIGHLY RECOMMEND Larry!) to fix the problems created by Instant Plumbing.

Don, at Instant Plumbing, had agreed to compensate us saying (and we quote) ""Yeah I've been giving a lot of refunds because (of) that idiot Jason (his plumber) so I haven't forgot about you as soon as I collect on some jobs I'll send you that money please have patience. Thank you! Don"" (note that we had offered Don a settlement of part of the total bill to fix his problems which came to $650... and we offered to settle with Don for only $300). When we didn't receive payment (after 1 1/2 months), we contacted Don and he now said ""Sorry Casey but I can't afford that, I am very behind financially I'm even three months behind on my rent... "". He also now states that we didn't give him a chance to resolve his poor work (but he DID send 3 different people... Hmmm).

Do yourself a favor and hire reputable contractors that will do quality work and stand behind it.

Quick response, very friendly, would definitely recommend. I have a client in escrow and needed to get someone out ASAP. Instant Plumbing SD was the first one to respond. I messaged them and 4 others for a quote around 10pm last night and Instant Plumbing SD was on their way @ 9am the next morning.
