I had a serious leak in a shower head in my home in Palm Desert that needed to be repaired. I was referred to a plumbing company through Old Republic but the plumber who came didn't have the cartridge that needed to be replaced and basically flaked out on me. I was then fortunate enough to be referred to Instant Plumbing Repairs, which turned out to be a godsend. A wonderful plumber named Dre showed up the next day (on time!) and informed me that he would need to special order the necessary part. I explained that I was going out of town in a few days and really needed to get it fixed before I left. Dre promised me he would find the part before I left and he kept his promise. After checking several stores he was able to track down the part he needed. He called me to let me know he had the part and set up a time to come by. Again, he showed up on time (early actually) and was able to fix the leak in my shower head before I left town. I am so grateful to Dre and to Instant Plumbing for their good service and will look forward to working with them again in the future.

Preston was very transparent and honest about the re-pipe job for my house. As a first time home buyer and owner, this experience is nerve racking. However, he helped me feel more comfortable about the job getting completed. He even offered to replace a broken faucet without being asked. Would definitely recommend Preston for any major plumbing jobs.

Careful if you use them for Home Warranty work....the guy came and admitted he had no idea about the unit we have (which we detailed in the initial call) and left, courteous and professional, didn't even ask for the ""co-pay"" fee. The next day the office calls asking for the $75....I told her there was no service call, your guy couldn't do any work. So she smugly said she would just bill the warranty company. Clearly the office side has no pride or principle in regards to their own service, avoid and ask your warranty co for a different option or you will be billed for nothing.

Living in a remote mountainous area, I panicked when I found a pipe outside had sprung a leak from corrosion. When I went to turn the water off to my house, apparently my main gate valve was also not fully functional. With water leaking outside and no way to turn it off I realized I was in over my head. That's when I called Instant Plumbing Repairs. They sent out Joseph and Dominic who came and worked on my house for over 6 hours, soldering new copper tubing, installing a ball valve, pressure regulator and capping the leak outside. They worked professionally and diligently. Would easily recommend to others and I now have a reliable contact for future repairs and installs.
