Update to review since the initial visit. A restoration company had to come out to dry out and expose the ceiling for Joseph to access the pipes. He came back that Friday (12.18) and looked at the pipe in the ceiling. He said all he needed to do was seal the pipe and he did a sealant substance. He instructed to wait 24 hours to use the bath to allow for the seal to dry. Fair enough and I actually let it set for almost a week.

He was about to leave when I reminded him of the sink leak. He went out to his vehicle to bring in another faucet. Turns out this faucet does not fit my sink. So he stated he needed to come back as he does not have a faucet that will fit. He said he'd return on Monday (12.21). That same Friday I received a message stating my work order had been completed which it had not since the sink is still leaking. I called the office and was told that they do that to close out the job. I had 2 tasks on my work order - the ceiling leak and the sink leak. I asked when Joseph would be coming back on Monday and was told he had not told them yet.

Now it's Monday (12.21) and I call several times in the morning - one call after another to find out what time Joseph would be arriving. The first call I was put on hold by a representative then it disconnected after it started ringing again. Second call was then made and same thing happened. Third call I stated what was going on with the calls disconnecting before I gave any of my information this time only to find out that I am not even scheduled for the day and that Joseph was out of the area. The other 2 representatives could have told me that instead of putting me on hold and then having the call disconnected. A day wasted waiting for someone who said they were going to show up to do a NO SHOW.

They rescheduled me a week later for the following Monday (12.28) after I alerted my warranty company that my ceiling was still leaking on Christmas Eve. He was to arrive in the morning. Arrival time passed and I called to confirm he was still coming. Was told yes. Time passed and called again for a status and was told he went to an emergency. Fine as that happens. Called a third time and was told he'd arrive between 2:30-4:30. He NEVER SHOWED.

I called my warranty company letting them know and they alerted instant plumbing again. No one called me until January 1st leaving a voicemail stating that they are not sure if I still had a leak. I've already had it by then and contacted my warranty company requesting for another plumbing company to take care of the faulty and incomplete work.

A worker from Instant plumbing came the first day simply tried to unclog the toilet. The primary issues were in the tub and shower. He said he would come with a camera Monday. That Monday the workers just put a camera down the main line on the roff and did not unclog before putting the camera down the roof and said it was an off set in the pipes and that it would be 2600 the diagnose was not true. I had another company come the next day and they fixed the issue. They Unclogged the main line on the roof. And said the reason why I had the clog was because I had copper pipes. Had nothing to do with an off set. Instant plumbing did a poor job. Very unhappy with this company.

Do not trust this company.

Water heater with original gas line after they are charged for a new gas line, bent water pan on the bottom looks like it got run over prior to install. No added gas trap even though they charged for a new one.

They did not do the job they want to bill me for.

Easy to work with, friendly and reliable. When a dispatcher remembers to circle back with you at 9pm on a Friday night, that says it all. Customer service and backing of their work is the foundation of great customer service! Thank you and if I ever need a plumber, I know who I'm calling.
