Our water heater decided to give up on us, right when the weather got cold, so I got a hold of Instant Plumbing via our home warranty company. They were able to send Joseph out that same day, within a couple hours of speaking to them. The company and Joseph gave multiple calls to update their ETA. Joseph was very thorough during his inspection and friendly. He described the issues and his findings of why the water heater had quit performing, and gave his expert advice on what was necessary. He did all this without being pushy or in a hurry to get to another call.

We had an emergency leak in our kitchen and Instant Plumbing was out within 24 hours. Philip was the best plumber. He explained exactly what was going on what and what we needed to get fixed. He ended up having to come back because it turned out we had a bigger problem than we thought after the supervisor, Rick, came out and ran a camera through our lines. Philip was able to work in an extremely tight and confined space replacing a broken pipe with a nail in it from a previous remodel before we bought our home.
