We recommend Instant Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. We found we had a main sewer line issue and called them for a quote.
Raul showed up early, was friendly, informative, and helped us determine what we needed to do.
Pricing was extremely competitive; repairs were made and now everything is working perfectly.
As a side note, several days later, we thought we had a problem and called Raul. (Turns out it had nothing to do with the Instant Plumbing work). Raul worked us into his schedule, came over, double checked all the work, and showed us there was no problem and that really put us at ease.
When it comes to plumbing, peace of mind is a big deal to us.

Good work at fair price. My property required installation of exterior grey lines as well as interior standard plumbing issues, i.e., leaky faucet, water purifier installation, etc. Raul's clear and timely communication coupled with his efficient and competent crew (Jose and Aden) completed the job professionally and on time. I usually don't make reviews as the work I'm expecting to have done is what I expect. But in this case, Instant Plumbing far exceeds what I expected. I have some upcoming bathroom remodeling coming and I wanted to have the sewer pipe examined by video so I wouldn't have any surprises. Recently I had a neighbor across the street that had major sewer problems necessitating having to have workmen in and out of her house for three weeks until it was properly repaired.

Anyway I called Instant Plumbing and one of their plumbers called back within a couple of hours and quoted me the lowest price for a video inspection. We set the appointment up for the same day. They came and did the inspection. When they found a problem, they came to me with the bad news. They showed me a sizable rusted out hole in the bottom of the cast iron pipe which was located in the middle of the master bedroom. The video was convincing to me, so they gave me a quote and asked me when I wanted it done. I said as soon as possible. They said they probably would have it done in a day. The very next morning at 8:00 AM they had three trucks with their crews. They jack-hammered the slab floor, dug four feet down & located the pipe. They sawed off the pipe at the entrance of the bathroom. Luckily the pipe was still intact at that point. They dug under the front foundation into the planter & past to the clay pipe. They replaced 13' of damages pipe with a PCV pipe with a two way clean out to the clay pipe.
They refilled the trench, tamped it down, and poured a quick drying cement. All the carpeting was re-laid & the furniture replaced and the plants replanted in the planter. The whole job was completed in less than six hours. I was so impressed with their efficacy and professionalism. Would I recommend them to family and friends? Absolutely. Thank you Instant Plumbing. Now I know why your company's name is ""Instant Plumbing"".

Jason & Adan came out and was able to clear a clogged bathroom drain and also fixed a leaky drain pipe, too and a great rate! We did call some other plumbing companies and Instant Plumbing does a have a very competitive rate compared to others! Jason & Adan did good work, answered all of our questions thoroughly, too. They tested everything after the repair and cleaned up nicely the sink and below the counter area, too. Thank you...highly recommend Instant Plumbing and will definitely use them again.

I scheduled an appointment on Wednesday to have Dan come out the following morning to have them clear a shower drain in my master bathroom. Dan and his assistant Adan showed up 5 minutes early and they completed the job in a quick and efficient manner. I have this drain snaked about every year or two and I can tell you that rate/fee was about half of what I have paid in the past. I can wholeheartedly recommend Instant Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

These guys are amazing! I had a emergency main sewer line repair that had to be done ASAP for my rental property. They brought out 6 guys to knock this crazy job out in a day in half. If anyone owns property made before the 1980's then your main sewer lines that are cast iron most likely has now turned to clay. If you have trees the roots are going to attack the clay pipes & clog the main sewer line. These guys came out like they have done a lot of these before & just got it done. Now we don't have to worry about the main sewer line from tree roots ever. I've hired Instant Plumbing on countless jobs for close to 10 years now. Keep in mind plumbing work is a nasty hard job. Raul & his crew are knowledgeable professionals. Highly recommended!

Recently I had a pin hole leak in my copper pipe. My neighbor recommended Instant Plumbing. Several months back he needed a plumber and he told me that they did a good job and was fair on the price.
So I called about noon, Ralph the plumber said he could be there about 2 PM if he can come sooner he will call me. He called and said he was on his way and would be there at 1:15. Ralph was very likeable, they cut out the bad area of copper pipe and replaced it with new copper pipe. This was located under the crawl space. They stopped the leaking and offered to do a little extra for no extra charge which I appreciated.
I would recommend Instant Plumbing, everything went well, he was very professional.

They arrived on time. Quoted $65 dollars. Then said he needed to get his other snake out of his truck and completed the job and changed the price to $165 - NO.... he gave me all kinds of excuses and we agreed for $100. No good. Stick with your price or inform customer of a change
