Called Instant Plumbing at 9:30AM and they arrived at 10:45, ahead of schedule. They sized up the problem in minutes and went to work. In another 45 minutes they were gone. They were friendly, clean and nice to work with. They had the right tools to do the job. They did more to clear a drain as far as they could reach. They even listened to the water flow when they were done and were not satisfied that it was quite right. They went on and did more work than anyone else would have done. I will call these guys again for all my pluming needs! It was the best pipe cleaning I have ever seen!!!

Raul, regarding your response to my evaluation of your plumber coming to my home, I did call your company, I did speak to someone regarding drain cleaning for $38.00, your plumber did not offer to remove the drain plug and run the ""snake"" he told my son exactly what I wrote in my review of your plumber. My drain was not inaccessible, it is in the open and I would have gladly had him do what was asked of him too do clear the drain for $38.00 and spent $1.35 and replace my own drain plug! So don't try to make it sound like this was my/the customers fault. This falls solely on your plumber and his inability to do what he was asked too do!

Does Bait and Switch sound familiar? Our kitchen sink was stopping up. Did the usual stuff but still stopped up. Looked in the Local Service Directory of The Register. There was an ad for Instant Plumbing. Drains Cleared $40. No specifics, no qualifiers, just Drains Cleared $40. There was other information in the ad including Senior Discounts but nothing about drains. So, of course, I called. I said I was calling for the $40 drain clearing. He asked what drain. Kitchen, I replied. $85 he replied. But your ad says $40. That's for a stopped tub drain. I told him I'm a veteran, senior citizen and partially disabled. He gave me a $10 discount for being a senior citizen. On their behalf, they were timely in their arrival, courteous, efficient in their work, cleaned up their mess and provided an up sale attempt (expected from a good salesperson) for additional services. It's just the Bait and Switch thing that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Bait; Drains Cleared $40. Switch; Kitchen drain $85.

We had main sewer line problem with lots of roots were growing inside and was clogging up every two to three months so we decided to replace this main sewer line about 30 feet from house to curb. We had three estimations with instant Plumbig's was very close to lowest and we felt very comfortable with Jose's knowledge, attitude and enthusiasm to do this job. They started about 8 am and completed entire job by 2pm. Quality work in timely manner. I strongly recommend instant Plumbig for your project like this. I don't know how to add photos from my text message but Great job Jose and crew. Thank you.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Had a very bad blockage in our upstairs bathroom (sewage backing up into the bathtub ) . Originally called Mike Diamond... their price was not only much higher the representative they sent could not get someone to help him fix it. Instant plumbing came right away they discovered what the problem was fixed it and made sure everything was cleaned afterwards AND they were less expensive! I will be calling them if I ever have any plumbing needs. Thank you!

Watch out, they are idiot plumbers. We happened to have 2 new valve stems on hand and asked him to put them on our Master bathtub. Unbeknownst to us, the valves were both right side valves. Now both handles turn in the same direction. Any decent plumber would let you know this and ask if you would like them to make it work right and left, like it should.

Also, they take advantage of you by overcharging. Watch out!

Do not use this company, especially Jose, it is a ripe off. He took advantage of my panic of the leak, charged me $150 to go under the house, then he told me to cap the leaking line, will cost another $500 because of the difficulty. It only took him less than 10 minutes to cap. I was out of $650. Never will use this company, it is not a honest business, people make honest living by doing decent work, and charge reasonable amount but definitely not this company. Beware, beware, avoid bad people. Don't bring them to your home.

I was so glad I didn't had them broke my patio concrete to repair it for $1500. ( original quote was $1800) It would be a disaster.

I did text Raul, the owner of the company to voice my dissatisfaction on 5/5 but there was no reply.

The information that I provided was correct. Jose went under the house to check the leak for $150, once he was under the house, he knew what pipe was leaking; then he spent less than an hour to see where the water line is in the back yard, then gave me the estate price of $650 to cap the leak or $1800 to repair without put concrete back. the estimate should be no charge.

I don't know how Raul calculate the whole day? I have witnesses for the time line. This case is referred to the company that referred me to Instant Plumbing, their management is reviewing the case. Let's the professional of the field make the judgement.

Sometimes you'll give the benefit of the doubt that a company might hired a bad worker, in this case, the company's ethic is in question.

I've used Raul and his team twice now, once to install a replacement water heater I picked up from Home Depot, the next time to replace the water pressure regulator, hose spigot and water shut off valve. Both times they were fast to respond, quick to make repairs and even hauled the old water heater out of the neighborhood on foot as the complex was inaccessible by car due to a reslurry project they had going on at the time. Good clean professional work to code, honest and fair pricing and Raul is a pleasure to work with. Will definitely call them again next time. Thanks again!!

Update Sept 2018: I am changing my review on this company. I had 4 total experiences with this company, first was fantastic which warranted the initial 5 star, second was decent, third was ok, fourth caused me to no longer go with this company. It's unfortunate I have to change this from 5 star, but I cannot and will no longer do business with this company. Each engagement lost a star and last two interactions I would give zero stars if I could. Besides the above, 3rd experience they installed new plumbing for the shower. They attempted to access it from behind the shower by cutting through the drywall, but found out there were studs blocking access. So they replaced the drywall with a new piece, but didn't finish it by filling the gaps between the drywall or putting any new texture over it. On top of that, 2 weeks later the shower diverter they installed fell apart and couldn't be fixed. Called Raul again but he tried to charge to come back and fix the work. Apparently there is no guarantee on their work. Last was a quote to run a short gas line to the backyard, and their price was almost 10 times the cost of another plumber's quote.

When calling they rtn phone call was over 48 hours and then was told it will take at least 3 days for service. We were promised a call before coming, on day 3 the service guy just showed up. We then informed him that it was already serviced but we would be charged for the visit either way. So we allowed him to take a second look he then stated we needed to replace an $9 piece. Since we have used them for over 10 years we said sure bc we trust them. We then get a $150 bill $25 for the part and the balance for labor even though the entire process took 35 mins. We then attempted to contact them regarding the bill and svc just to get a return call 2 weeks later. Informing us the bill is what it is. We then asked to have the owner who again we are very familiar with give us a call and here we are 2 months later no call. After using the same company for over 10 years I expected better service in addition to all of my neighbors also use them from our recommendation. Will not use them again would not recommend and informed our neighbors as well. Ofcourse 1 of our neighbors had the exact same situation and will not use them again...very disappointed, loyalty clearly means nothing these days.

If you need a great plumber, call Instant Plumbing! We needed a plumber to install 3 toilets. They were prompt, courteous, and very neat. The first 2 toilets went perfect, then when they opened the third box the tank was cracked. As soon as it was replaced, I called Instant Plumbing back and they came the same day to install the third toilet...the same day! The Instant Plumbing plumbers we delt with were: Jason, Antonio, and Adan. These three gentlemen were fantastic! We totally recommend Instant Plumbing and will definitely call them the next time we need a plumber.
