They dug up my main sewer pipe to the street and supposedly replaced it with new pipe. 4,000.00 2 years later same problem had Knights plumbing come out scope it with camera and saw they only installed 3' of pipe and did not put any support under it. It was totally like sewer going through dirt, totally collapsed. I feel really ripped off. Anyway Knights plumbing put a new pipe in a pipe with a 50 year guarantee. My house was built in 1914 so knew it needed work but spent double the money because of Instant Plumbing............woman ripped off!!!!

I called this company with a plumbing problem and Jose and Adon came out to my house in a jiffy! The guys were respectful and professional. They assessed the problem, fixed it, and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Next time I have a problem they are first on my list to call. I highly recommend Instant Plumbing!

I had a major issue with my washing machine which was stacked and in a tight space. I called and had the guys at my house a few hours later right after work. They were on time, quick to reply and assessed the issue by providing me several options. They were also kind enough to maneuver the machines out of the way..which wasn't easy. I didn't feel that any of the prices were ridiculous for what they quoted.

I can't really rate their prices or quality of work because they never showed up. Called early in the morning to have a water heater strapped. Appointment was for them to arrive between 3:30 and 4:00 that afternoon. At 4:15 I called to see what was going on since nobody had shown up or called. I was told that he would check into it and give me a call back right away. 4:45 and no response so I called and canceled since I wasn't going to wait around any longer for a no show.

A few days later I received a call from the person who normally handles calls with a very sincere apology and an explanation. Evidently she was out for some reason that day and the person who handled the phones should not have been. I feel that if she had been at the helm that day things would have been much better. I will try them again the next time I need plumbing work and see how it goes.

I live in Irvine and I had a plumbing emergency last weekend. My main sewer backed up during a baby shower I hosted for my girlfriend. I called many plumbing companies but being it was late afternoon no one could come out to run the snake. I called Instant plumbing and they were very helpful and proffessional. They were at my place in 35 min and cleared the line within 30 min! I have dealt with other plumbers and so far they are the best! Great prices and they will work with you. We were able to continue with our party thanks to these guys! I will be using them from now on and I highly recommend them.
