When calling they rtn phone call was over 48 hours and then was told it will take at least 3 days for service. We were promised a call before coming, on day 3 the service guy just showed up. We then informed him that it was already serviced but we would be charged for the visit either way. So we allowed him to take a second look he then stated we needed to replace an $9 piece. Since we have used them for over 10 years we said sure bc we trust them. We then get a $150 bill $25 for the part and the balance for labor even though the entire process took 35 mins. We then attempted to contact them regarding the bill and svc just to get a return call 2 weeks later. Informing us the bill is what it is. We then asked to have the owner who again we are very familiar with give us a call and here we are 2 months later no call. After using the same company for over 10 years I expected better service in addition to all of my neighbors also use them from our recommendation. Will not use them again would not recommend and informed our neighbors as well. Ofcourse 1 of our neighbors had the exact same situation and will not use them again...very disappointed, loyalty clearly means nothing these days.

If you need a great plumber, call Instant Plumbing! We needed a plumber to install 3 toilets. They were prompt, courteous, and very neat. The first 2 toilets went perfect, then when they opened the third box the tank was cracked. As soon as it was replaced, I called Instant Plumbing back and they came the same day to install the third toilet...the same day! The Instant Plumbing plumbers we delt with were: Jason, Antonio, and Adan. These three gentlemen were fantastic! We totally recommend Instant Plumbing and will definitely call them the next time we need a plumber.

Wow what an experience this morning. The company showed up early without notice, tried to change the price that was quoted, and lastly rudely yelled at me saying it was my fault. Their person who quotes is putting the blame on us for not detailing the project (when it is their job to ask those questions) I understand sometimes miscommunication happens, but the approach after was unacceptable. I have never been treated so poorly by a company. To compound the issue, I felt that two plumbers for installing a sink faucet was unnecessary and their aggressive nature made it seem threatening added by the yelling and aggressive nature of the phone operator. If i was the owner of this company I would take a serious look at my staff and the service protocols in place. AGAIN DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

UPDATE after Raul B comment below - The appointment was set for Tuesday and rescheduled to today at 9am (plumber showed up at 8:10am - no call to let me or my father know of the early arrival). I clearly state I understand the misunderstanding on the price quote and was willing to discuss the price until you're employees rudely said there is no discussion and I said if that is the case, we don't need any work done. I never slammed the door in their face or told them to leave (they were already outside calling you about the confusion and I asked them about it). While they were leaving I was able to get video of the burnout they did. After that my mother attempted to call you, and you hung up on her and blocked the number. So I called on my number and calmly asked what had happened and you rudely tried to interrupt me when I was just trying to discuss the items with you. You hung up on me as well. I politely texted you that you're company left their equipment and offered to deliver it personally to your business address. You then said you would come by yourself to retrieve it and I felt unsafe by you and your company. Then I said No (also mentioned I would contact the police as Raul and the company are no longer welcome or authorized on the premises) After this he personally attacked me stating that why am I complaining about the price if I can pay for a legal team (neither here nor there). After this confrontation from him, I still proceeded to try help an return the equipment to the business address with no response! Again horrible customer service and poor management! I'm currently on my way to the BBB to file a complaint right now!

I agree what is this world coming too when you can't hire a professional who actually prides themselves in quality business practices!

You also back up my point and the old saying ""Customer is always right"" when you attack people telling them they are wrong. I nearly provided my experience as it happened and you are entitled to your perception - but I don't think multiple reports on similar issues shown on this review site are wrong.

2nd Edit - Raul, you can continue to change your comment below to try and make it sound favorable. The truth is we were in no means aggressive at all, just shocked in the price changed and the unprofessional rudeness from you and your team.The time was rescheduled to 9am on Tuesday - no mention of early arrival or a call today to mention that ( we were caught off guard) You mention the wrong brand ""Growe faucet"" - never heard of that, we asked for a NEKO WaterRidge (not related to the Grohe brand), which further perpetuates the lack of documentation. I never slammed the door in your service men's face (as they were already outside calling you after they walked out of the house) and do not appreciate your acquisitions without being present (I have witnesses that I did not slam the door in your employees faces) . You and your team would have never known about the flashlight had we not tried to reach out to return after you hung up on us twice (Still waiting for the business address). I hope you don't treat all your customers with this type of ""Dedicated to your complete satisfaction"" mentioned on your website. Sadly, I feel that I may even have to hire surveillance/security team for my house after how this company has handled their business!

Once again, they come thru for us. Water heater went out , they came and installed a new one in less than 2 hours. No mess , no hassle, just great friendly and professional service.

These guys. My Mom needed a plumber. She called a different company. They wanted to charge her over $1000 for imaginary problems. She asked them to leave. Then she called these guys. They were at her house in less than an hour. Charged $125. And completely fixed the problem. What more do u need from a plumber?? Quick response. Reasonable prices. And good work !!

Can't say enough good things about instant plumbing. Mike diamond wanted $170 to come out the same day and fix a clogged kitchen sink in top of their ""any drain for $99"" deal.

Ended up calling instant plumbing at 7:00 am and they were on site at 7:30. They knocked out the clog and were on their way in less than a half an out.

Props to Jason and Adan for being professional and proficient at their jobs. 5 stars all the way. They'll be my go to plumbers from now on!

Some of the poorest customer service I've had in a while. Made an appointment with them six weeks ago to Hydro jet my kitchen drain. Showed up three hours late, with no call, and no Hydro jet. After they ran a snake they said they would be back for another appointment to finish the hydro jet. Took another morning off work, and made another appointment. Called me the day before the appointment saying they had an emergency and wouldn't be able to make it when they said they would. Then told me I had to work with them to make this right. Not what I call good customer service

I have been using Mr. Bustos and his plumbing crew for approximately six years at a rental property I own. They replaced a water heater, a couple of garbage disposals and several other plumbing issues over the years. They are professional, knowledgeable courteous, and clean. Their attention to detail was obvious to me when they discovered a leak one time that was coming from my adjoined neighbors residence. Specifically, they discovered that a leak from behind her downstairs shower head was the cause of drywall and carpet damage at my residence. This discovery saved me a big headache and big money as my neighbor was responsible for the repair and the damage. Furthermore, my neighbor hired Instant plumbing to repair the job which they did on the spot that very same day. I have also found them to have very reasonable prices. Thank you team Bustos!

We called on their add for a free leak detection & Camera. They didn't find the leak and charged us $250.00. After that they wanted another 350.00 to open a wall and look at each line to determine the leak. This is false advertisement as it was not free. I was told after the it is only free if it is a visible leak. I wouldn't need a leak detector if it was visible. They should not have advertise free leak detection if it is going to cost any money. At minimum they should ask the customer if they would like them to continue at a cost not after the fact and then charge. I would not recommend themto anyone.

I have been using Instant Plumbing for the last couple of years. They have done simple drains to doing a complete repair in my kitchen

They respond fairly quickly and the guys are very professional and nice. They have become my go to Plumber.
