Notice all of the reviews are for routine items like leaky faucet or sink. Routine quick fixes hard to screw up.

But if you have any significant plumbing work these folks are predators. Pricing is 3x what it should be. And they know it.

These are the folks that give the industry a bad name.

So you're justifying your triple the going rate by saying ""we are clean""? Are you suggesting your competitors are not? Not sure they would be happy with that unsubstantiated criticism.

I called on Instant Plumbing and Rooter to do some work for me, and I wasn't disappointed. This family-run business treats their customers like family. They are PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, and did a great job for me. The price was great, too. They fixed our water softener system and did the plumbing for the new walk-in shower. It looks great and works well. They did excellent work and I would definitely recommend them to other people.

I am so glad I finally found a plumber! Angel was professional and honest. When I showed him my job he made recommendations that ended up saving me ALOT of money, time and stress. He had a free estimate to me within minutes and showed up on time when I hired him to do the job. My bathroom was completely gutted down to the framework and after he changes the plumbing and moved pipes he still took the time to clean up. I will always request him anytime I have any plumbing needs!!

We called Instant Plumbing at 1:00 p.m., they said they could send Angel out in about 30 minutes. I got 2 texts, the first one confirming arrival at 1:30 and the second one stating he was en route. Angel arrived at 1:30 and it took him 30 minutes to fix the toilet that wouldn't flush. Angel was friendly and provided speedy and accurate service. Would highly recommend Instant Plumbing.

We met William (the owner) during a remodel through our General Contractor. From that experience, he is now our go-to plumber. Tonight, he reinforced why I continue to give his name out to friends and family.

We had a bit of a nightmare situation with a pipe behind a wall backing up and spilling some FOUL smelling water onto our new wood floors. It was a bit of a nightmare. Within an hour on a Wednesday evening William was here, figured out what was going on, and rectified the problem. He also diagnosed a related issue with a smell in our Air Conditioning that had been troubling us.

You want an honest plumber with skill that you trust. William and his team at Instant Plumbing should be very high on your list.

Called them with some issues we had. Was able to get a appointment the same day. They texted every update when they would arrive and so on.
Angel was my tech, he was very nice fixed the issues and was out within 30 min.
Price was also reasonable.

We've been talking about getting a new hot water heater to avoid the flooding that has happened when previous ones went out. Through a neighbor, I found this company and got a bid. They were reasonably priced, gave us a $100 off. The installer arrived right on time, did a great job of installation and cleaning up after himself. Even suggested we should get our soft water system checked, based on some residue he saw while he was working. Would definitely call them again.

I found my hot water heater leaking the Saturday after Christmas. This was the first time I've ever had to pay attention to it since I bought my house 10 years ago so didn't know what to expect.
