This is 2nd time to hire Cody for Instllation garage disposal. He and his staff are excellent, good communication to estimate time and price. Their work is fast and articulate. ( I really don't trust company which is telling "" free estimate, "" but never tell exact price.) I definitely will contact Cody if anything I need to install again.

Cody Came out to one of my properties in Cerritos. He was very friendly professional and not just knowledgable but an expert in his services. We ordered a Thermador hood and Best Buy initially installed it. It was a nightmare and after having gone over a year without a kitchen due to a flood and extremely delayed appliance deliveries due to COVID (ordered in July received in January) the hood was the last piece to the puzzle and we just could not for anything get it installed correctly. Best Buy destroyed brand new kitchen cabinets, broke my $200 planter on my porch, and installed it incorrectly but also improperly and made it into a fire hazard as well. Cody not only did his job right the first time but changed our lives and allowed us to move forward with the kitchen. He answered all our calls and questions without hesitation or delay. I would recommend him to anyone who gives a d*** about their home. I will use him for anything else that needs to be installed.

Amazing job installing the over the range microwave. They were clean, prompt and professional. Answered all my questions and were very accommodating. Just like the name, you can tell they are very experienced in what they do and take pride in doing the job right.

These guys are fantastic. I think this is the only time ever I have not had to tell a contractor what they forgot. Cody took care of everything without any issues and was super careful with our home. I did not want to use Lowe's or Best Buy for installation due to a previous issue we had with them. I'm glad I went with Cody, my installation looks top notch and everything works great. Cody installed a built in microwave, built in fridge, wall oven, ice maker, cooktop and a dishwasher without any issues. My dishwasher was missing a piece so it wasn't able to be fully installed, not Cody's fault because it was missing a piece from the factory and it's a special order part. Cody assured me that as soon as the part came, he would be back to finish the install. Great bunch of guys who do excellent work!

Overall Installation Pros were great, I dealt with Cody, he was responsive, on-time, polite and most of all seemed to know what he was doing. My countertops needed to be cut on 3 sides in order for my new range to fit. My only complaint is for the cost, seemed a little high as they charged for each cut. But my case was unusual, most people would not need to have their countertop cut, so I won't hold that against them for any future installations I may need. I highly recommend them.

After having two other companies out I found Cody at Installation Pros and was extremely happy with the install he did at my condo installing a over range microwave. The other two wasted hours of mine and my tenants time and Cody went in and 20 minutes later it was completed. I will continue to use him and recommend him to people who could use his services.
