So glad I found this company to help install my OTR microwave. The quoted price is very reasonable. As I was working away from home, I appreciate the periodic updates on service time from confirmation of appointment date and time, to ETA, and completion time. The guys are polite and professional. highly responsive to the yelp inquiry and quoted a reasonable fixed price. i booked the appointment immediately via text for a 2 hour window two days away.

the crew had a cancellation on another job, so cody texted me to let me know that they would be a bit early, which was awesome. the guys were extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and very efficiently installed a range hood, cooktop, microwave, and microwave trim panel in about two hours. they even had the gas line and power cable in stock on their truck that i hadn't purchased since i had no clue what i needed.

their workmanship was impeccable: super neat and precise. they even figured out a really elegant solve to create a bit more room for the microwave's power cable which was in a different position than the old one which didn't require any cutting or pinching of cables. what's impressive is that they paid that much attention to detail on something that isn't even visible once installed.

the guys were also super diligent about cleaning up after themselves, even vacuuming out any dust or debris in the cabinets. they accept pretty much every form of payment, so paying via venmo using their QR code was a snap.

in a world of unfortunately crappy contractors, installation pros stands heads and shoulders above with their service and expertise.

i would recommend them without reservation.

We bought a Bosch 800 dishwasher from an online retailer and had originally ordered ""installation"" with our delivery. The guys that dropped it off were unable and unwilling to do the install since they thought it was too complicated. Installation Pros saved the day though! The installation required them to install a new water line and a new electrical outlet for the machine. They also made sure the line to the garbage disposal was clear.

The work was carried out in a workmen like manner, for a price that was comparable to what the online retailer had tried to make us pay. I know from now on I'll accept delivery from other retailers, but I'll always be calling these guys for installing all of my appliances.

Installation Pros was very communicative from start to finish. We received text messages when the job was scheduled, a reminder the morning of the work and notification that the job was finished. Cody called the night before installation to confirm the appointment. Cody and PJ were very professional on site. They wore shirts with company logos, communicated often and clearly and did great work efficiently. They installed a full kitchen suite of refrigerator, dishwasher, range and over the range microwave. They also installed a new faucet along with all of the plumbing. They installed the plumbing and electrical for all of the appliances. Pretty impressive that there were no extra trips to hardware store which means that they come very well prepared. They cleaned up well, answered our questions and asked if we had any more questions. Very happy with Installation Pros services, definitely would use them again and highly recommend them.

Had our sink faucet replaced by Jake and his partner did a great job and didn't even charge me a return service fee as I purchased a replacement that did not fit and had to come back the next day. Cody also figured out where a low leak was coming from and fixed that as well. Company is highly recommended!

Our kitchen faucet was leaking. They came out and replaced with a new contactless faucet (I bought it). They also had to replace the two valves (hot and cold water) with new valves.
Absolutely prompt and courteous service. They cleaned up the place after their work was done before leaving.
Totally would recommend them to all my friends on Yelp.

Just finished with Cody. He was incredibly responsive and was at my house in 3 hours. I needed a washer and dryer installed. He was very professional and helpful. He even upgraded the hoses to the better quality to prevent leaking. He found a way of saving me some money along the way. Much appreciated. I would recommend them in the future.

Very reasonable pricing and super responsive and came out and did the job. They removed a rusted faucet while preserving the ceramic sink, installed a new faucet and tested it to make sure it did not leak. Definitely hire them again. Thank you
