Jose was wonderful to work with! He returned our call promptly, arrived when he said he would, and was the ultimate professional. We had him install a ceiling fan that required almost an entire rewire of the room, included the installation of a junction box, and a new switch system. Jose let me know before he began what the cost would be, did a beautiful job with the installation, ran out to get the proper switch system (the company that I purchased the fan from gave me the wrong one) and even put the room back together when he was finished. I'm delighted to know he does all sorts of repairs/contract work. He will be my first call from here on out. Thank you, Jose!

José is absolutely delightful! He was prompt in both responding to my inquiry and coming over the next day to check out the electric wiring in my kitchen. He got to the bottom of it right away, fixed our problem and charged us NOTHING! What a gosh darn sweet guy!!! He lives just up the street from my place in Logan Square and I can't imagine calling anyone else the next time I need help! I would 100% recommend his services

Jose is honest, with more than fair pricing and has amazing attention to detail! I had him repaint some walls in my house and take apart an ugly bar but he is able to do it all from electricity, building out a new kitchen or bathroom, he does it all! He was also so kind as to help me hang up my honeycomb decoration and other paintings which I have yet to add some flair to(pictures attached!)

Finding a good handyman who does great work and is trustworthy isn't easy but Jose makes it easy because he's not just good, he's GREAT, I can't recommend him more!

I hired Jose to paint all our walls, ceilings and trim. He was very reasonable compared to other local painters. I ended up needing all my doors, window trim and crown molding painted as well. We hired Jose to remodel our bathroom, which entails changing the vanity, sink, faucets, toilets, tile the backsplash, paint the walls, mount all hooks. Jose's estimate was fair, and he was available within 2 weeks. Jose was on time every morning, worked diligently throughout the day, and took care of the renovation within deadline and budget, solving any issues along the way.
Jose is organized, neat and tidy, which is a rare trait among contractors, isn't it? Oh, and he is also very nice! I would highly recommend Jose without reservation.

I hired Jose to install 2 ceiling fans in my house and things could not have gone more smoothly. He was very communicative and scheduled an estimate within 2 days and install was completed 2 days later without any issues. Very fairly priced but still competitive, came prepared with all materials, and punctual. I'm finally able to give Jose a review. My wife and I are 1st time Home buyers with a 2 year old. Trying to unpack this huge home has definitely been a challenge. Anyway, in a very short notice Jose came and met me at my 1,810 sf house with 9 rooms & high ceilings, gave me a quote and immediately began painting the next day: from May 24th-29th. Jose even had to work overtime, no extra charge just to make the finished date we agreed on. He's a busy man. I'm grateful for Jose's commitment, work ethic and finished product. I'm actually bringing him in again to work on something else. I highly recommend Jose/Inspiring Concepts if you need a job completed.

We made an appointment with Inspiring Concepts for some kitchen remodeling project. I took time off from my work. They'd never showed up, not even gave me a quick call or text to reschedule or cancel before hand. After waited for a long time, I made several calls and texts to reach him. He finally texted me back and said he was busy and didn't want to come. This is very unprofessional. Totally waste of my time!!
