My husband and I moved to the city for the first time in a long time about seven months ago and bought a new house. After we moved in, we contacted Jose to help us put in new lighting fixtures throughout (everything from chandeliers to wall sconces -- roughly 20 in total), new faucets for the kitchen sinks, new hardware in the bathrooms, hang big, heavy mirrors and shelves, and for painting in our powder room and master bathroom. While he was helping us with those things, he also helped us with some plumbing and electrical issues that popped up as well. Each time that Jose has been in our home, it's been a pleasure having him there. He shows up when he says he's going to, takes his shoes off when he's going to be inside, does an exceptional job at whatever he's there to do, charges a fair price, cleans everything up before he leaves, and is just a really nice/personable guy. We had to go through two other guys before Jose that just didn't meet our expectations, but now that we've found him, he'll be our go-to for as long as he'll come to us.

Jose was wonderful to work with! He returned our call promptly, arrived when he said he would, and was the ultimate professional. We had him install a ceiling fan that required almost an entire rewire of the room, included the installation of a junction box, and a new switch system. Jose let me know before he began what the cost would be, did a beautiful job with the installation, ran out to get the proper switch system (the company that I purchased the fan from gave me the wrong one) and even put the room back together when he was finished. I'm delighted to know he does all sorts of repairs/contract work. He will be my first call from here on out. Thank you, Jose!

José is absolutely delightful! He was prompt in both responding to my inquiry and coming over the next day to check out the electric wiring in my kitchen. He got to the bottom of it right away, fixed our problem and charged us NOTHING! What a gosh darn sweet guy!!! Jose is honest, with more than fair pricing and has amazing attention to detail! I had him repaint some walls in my house and take apart an ugly bar but he is able to do it all from electricity, building out a new kitchen or bathroom, he does it all! He was also so kind as to help me hang up my honeycomb decoration and other paintings which I have yet to add some flair to(pictures attached!)

Finding a good handyman who does great work and is trustworthy isn't easy but Jose makes it easy because he's not just good, he's GREAT, I can't recommend him more!

I hired Jose to paint all our walls, ceilings and trim. He was very reasonable compared to other local painters. I ended up needing all my doors, window trim and crown molding painted as well.
