I was able to get a plumber in same day and pipes fixed by the next! Staff was super nice and helped me from stressing out sense I was getting married that weekend!
Daryn B.Decided it was time to replace the water heater. Figured I would try a tankless one. I went on the popular website for find people to handle your home improvements and had a popular company sent out for an estimate. They looked at the project, suggested the water heater unit then gave me an estimate on the spot. By giving I don't mean printing it out or emailing me a quote but rather just showing me the cost on his screen. He could see the sticker shock and suggested a payment option over 7 years like I was buying an expensive car. He then proceeded to tell me how this will be saving me money in as little as 6 months and increase the value of my home. How am I saving in 6 months if I'm making payments as large as my utility bill? He then left leaving me with nothing but a business card. Long story short, I called Inspector Plumber for a second estimate.
The representative arrived on time and evaluated the project. He took measurements and pictures so that he can go back to his office and evaluate the project before giving me a price. He explained what he would need to do and what would need to be done after. The next day I received an email explaining cost options and timing. The cost was a major difference for what I recall to be the same brand name unit installed. I quickly accepted the quote and set up an appointment for later that week.
Two technicians showed up on time to begin the project. With having to replace and reroute existing plumbing, adding new venting and a new circuit to the electric panel this was a full day project. However, at the end of the day the project was completed as promised. I now have the water heater I wanted for the price that seemed fair from a local company that seems to respect their clients. Inspector Plumbing will definitely be my first call next time I have plumbing needs.
The team at Inspector Plumbing is great! Michelle does an exceptional job at assessing your needs, answering your questions and dispatching the right technicians for your service. Scott is a master of his trade, knowledgeable and priority driven; makes himself available to his staff and customers. The technicians are incredibly polite, friendly, informative and skilled. They make sure to wear masks, booties and thoroughly clean up their work space before leaving. Upon presenting service invoice the services are reviewed and explained and if follow up services are suggested an estimate is sent to you. Just an all around wonderful customer experience.
Josh N.We had a clogged drain line. I called Tiger out since they were the first hit on google with good reviews. They came in with a 20$ higher base fee and higher hourly rate than Inspector Plumber. The technician started trying to sell me a job to replace the stack before even looking at the issue. After about 30 minutes, he came to me and said he had damaged my plumbing and we would need to replace the entire stack, otherwise they didn't really know what to do.
That didn't sit right for me so I contacted Inspector Plumber. They were on site before Tiger could even reschedule me and within an hour had snaked the line and removed the clog.
The tech, Kurt, was professional and friendly. The person who answered the phone, Michelle was quick and sent me a follow up with Kurt was close.
All around great experience.
As for price, I feel like what I paid for my services was fair.
The contractor arrived early before the appointed time just with my 90 year old mother. When I told them They would have to wait, the snowflake did not like that I was complaining because I had other appointments and this was why we had a set appointment time which they ignored. So they left. When I complained to the main office, the secretary was upset I was complaining and then complained to me?? I am a retired project manager in charge of many multimillion dollar projects national and international. (I am a Chemical Engineer). I know the difference from good contractors and not.
We were quoted $50 service call to swap out an old tub faucet. We had all of our own parts, 3 hours later without any upfront estimate or indication on cost, the company billed me $592 and didn't even issue a receipt. We called and complained about the price and they offered a 5% veterans discount bringing the total down to $564. This was all labor, no extra parts/products, we supplied everything.
Next time a senior citizen/veteran needs help with a plumbing problem, make sure you call someone else. We will not be returning.
Note the guy did a nice job and was friendly, but but do you really need to take advantage of the elderly on fixed incomes to swap out a leaking tub faucet. Note to company, provide up front estimates up front and notify of any significant excess cost runs before the incurring them.
Quick to come out for an emergency. Plumber was awesome! Affordable price!
Michael H.Fantastic! The receptionist/coordinator on the phone was pleasant and helpful. The plumber was prompt and professional and very friendly and they did the job thoroughly and completely. Very pleased, despite the fact that we had the issue.
David O.$498 for a fill valve and a flapper for two toilets, $148 for a flapper replacement, 20 minutes , have you no shame?
I have used them twice now, once for plumbing/installation and then for a sewer back up. Both issues were resolved for a reasonable price, they were available right away, and the guys that came out were wonderful! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of work.
